Nestled in the heart of the Cotentin marshes in the hamlet of Montessy, this former farmhouse was renovated in 2011. It has a pleasant and cozy comfort with recent amenities. A 10 m x 4 m pool built in 2023, indoor or outdoor, heated, is available from early April to mid-November. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It has three bedrooms, the first with a 140*190 bed. The second has two single 90*190 beds that can be brought together. The third is equipped with a bunk bed and a baby bed. Its washing machine, TV and appliances give a modern side to this cottage that we wanted to be simple. Everything is on a fenced plot with barbecue, 2 children's bikes, a trailer for toddlers and adult mountain bikes.

Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.
