Hello! We are Fabián and Daniela and this was our beloved home that we have remodeled and cared for in every detail with much love, transforming it into a comfortable, bright and special place. Just a 15 minute walk from downtown, our home offers comfort and convenience. With supermarkets and parks nearby, and quick access to the freeway, the location is ideal. We hope that those who visit it will enjoy it and take care of it as much as we do.

In this wooden house, designed by architect/artist Wim Cuyvers and located in the countryside, a spacious apartment is furnished as a guest house on the first floor. Centrally located between the cultural-historical cities of Brugge, Gent, Antwerpen and Brussel. A true bike run and hiking paradise. This location is also suitable for business travelers, there is a business zone in the region.

Stay exclusively in the historic heart of Leuven, one of the most important art cities in Belgium, only 800 meters from the world-famous Grote Markt. 4 Bedrooms, 3 with an en-suite bathroom. Free use of all facilities; Art Gallery, Jazz Corner, Exhibition Space, Pop-up Podcast, Champaign Terrace,... there is a microwave, a kettle and a toaster, but no real kitchen.
