Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. Newly renovated guest house

Come enjoy our carefully renovated outbuilding in early 2024. You will be totally independent, quiet, and can enjoy our 2000 m2 flower garden. Ideally located if you come to attend a wedding or event at the Ferme de Genièvre (80 m, 1 min walk) or at the Chéraille (5.7 km, 8 min drive). We designed this space to be cozy and well-equipped like a hotel (fiber-optic Wi-Fi, memory foam mattress, iron, hair dryer, tea and coffee)

Beautifully decorated, this charming attic room, refurbished, has a shower room with bath towels. An espresso machine is also available as well as a kettle and tea. Outside, a small table and 2 chairs to enjoy your breakfast or relax.
