The washer and dryer are in the garage if you have a longer stay. The backyard has plenty of room to cook some steaks and enjoy the beautiful evenings and star filled skies. There is a large parking area for trailers and RVs if you are here for an event at The Mallet.

This unique gem you will be staying in holds my heart. This little guest home was built primarily by me, and I'm excited to open the doors for your visit. This is a studio home; the bed, living area, eating area, and kitchen all share the same space. I love the bathroom, primarily for its large bath tub. The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!

Whether its a room you're looking for or a weekend getaway we can accommodate. Less than one mile from Cooks Garage and the interstate, a home with all modern basics but with the peaceful tranquility a house in the country brings. Utility or livestock trailers upon request.
