This home is set up like a duplex with owners occupying the top (we do have 3 young children) and guests having full, private access to the bottom half. Guests are given a private garage and back yard that includes free firewood. Private entry gives access to over 2,200 sq ft of private space that includes a semi-four seasons room with gas fireplace, laundry, and full kitchen. Close to the bike trails, beaches, mini-golf and many more locations. We're happy to answer any questions you have!

Just 15 min from Alexandria, this cozy cabin is surrounded by lakes and offers access to hundreds of miles of bike and snowmobile trails—many of which are just steps from the cabin. From June through the end of September, you're welcome to bring your small fishing boat and use our boat lift. We also provide free kayaks! Winter Stay? You’ll stay warm and cozy thanks to our brand-new furnace—perfect after a day on the snowy trails.

The Maynard Cabin, a Civil War era log cabin

The Maynard Log Cabin was erected by a homesteader after the civil war. We have moved and restored it and made it available for rent. It is off the grid, but it has a complete functioning kitchen, wood stove and sitting room downstairs. There are two antique beds with new mattresses upstairs. There is no electricity but the cabin is furnished with kerosene lanterns. The bathroom facilities consist of wash basins and outhouse. The cabin is surrounded by 40 acres of woods and meadows.
