Do not hesitate -- BOOK NOW! This was our 2nd time staying here and we fall in love with it more and more each time. The location simply cannot be beat - it almost feels unreal. The home is very clean and tidy, check-in (and out) is simple, and the parking pass is a great perk. Communication with Colin & Mimi was wonderful -- always prompt and efficient. While the home is on the smaller side, we appreciate it and find it perfect for our family of three. It's just the right amount of space to sleep, shower, and take a mid-day break from beaching & boardwalking. We are already looking forward to going back and staying again in this wonderful space...thank you Colin & Mimi!

We had a great long weekend with our 18-month old. We were able to set up a slumber pod in the bathroom which was able to be kept cool with the ac from the bedroom and the slumber pod fan. Plenty of outlets. Everything was easy to use and host was super responsive. Great area to stay in between Northbeach and the Rusty Rudder/Lighthouse. There’s a playground a block away too. Loved it!

The condo was the perfect location for a family. Easy to hop to and from the beach throughout the day. Joanna was super responsive even though we had no issues. We will be back.

Dawn and Dan were great hosts - the place was phenomenal and the location is impossible to beat. They were responsive right away every time, and were very helpful. 10/10, would recommend to everyone!

My wife and I came to Cape May for a quick weekend getaway and got exactly what we were looking for in this place. As close to the beach as you can get, very walkable to bars and restaurants. Exactly what we were looking for, and getting in and out was super easy

Erika’s place is located on beautiful waterfront in a safe neighborhood. The place was exceptionally clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for a great vacation! Erika is very responsive and welcoming. We and our pup appreciated all the extras. The outdoor patio and dock were very peaceful. No better place for morning coffee and evening crabbing! We’ve been coming to OCMD/Fenwick Island for over 20 years. We will definitely be back to Erika’s Bungalow!

Catherine's place was great for our family and young son. The location is tremendous and there are great views just eating breakfast and sipping morning coffee. The place itself is well stocked and has a very efficient layout (pocket doors) for the space. Catherine was super responsive and understanding, we really enjoyed our stay.

Kendra was very proactive and responsive. I had a wonderful time staying at her place and would highly recommend anyone looking for a peaceful ocean city stay!

I made a last minute decision to try and find a place to stay with a 5 year old and a dog at the beach knowing OCMD in peak season isn't super dog friendly. Finding a location where I could easily walk to the beach/boardwalk with a 5 year old was a must. Finding out there was a great park with an awesome playground and dog friendly walking space a block away was a super plus. Beverly was super responsive and gave me great recommendations on local places. We had a wonderful time.

What an incredible getaway for this teacher! The space was immaculate, offering a serene ambiance and a peaceful balcony area that was perfect for enjoying a good book. The kitchen was a chef's dream, equipped with all the essentials for cooking delightful meals. The bathrooms provided ample comfort and were just right for accommodating guests. My family and I truly had a wonderful time making memories here!

This was our first trip to Rehoboth Beach with two toddlers and this Airbnb was perfect. The location was very quiet, family friendly, and centrally located to many activities in the area. The first thing we noticed upon arrival was how clean the condo was. Theresa and Geri were incredibly thoughtful with offering bread/milk for our kids prior to arrival, as well as providing snacks, beach supplies, and gifts for our kids. Communication was excellent with clear instructions, lots of recommendations for food and activities, and making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We could not ask for a better experience and would love to return!

This is a beautiful place, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking our morning coffee and watching the horse carriages go by. Location was very convenient, walkable to bakeries, beach, restaurants and Washington Street Mall. Bonnie was a great host and always responsive. It was a great place to stay and hope to be back! Great stay! Even though the house is across the street from the beach, the cross walk is right next to the home, and was not an issue for us! Great first floor entry with parking easily accessible outside of the front door and outside shower. Ben was a great communicator!

This is the PERFECT spot for a small group trip to Rehoboth. You can literally watch dolphins in the ocean from the balcony and fit 6 people comfortably. There’s a very well stocked kitchen at your disposal. The bathrooms are very nice and clean and updated. There’s plenty of TVs. The building has a pool for you to use. The best part though is walking out of the building right onto the boardwalk. The location is just perfect.

Our group of 10 had a wonderful stay at Key Largo. We had lots of space to stretch out and also lots of room to hang out together. The central location makes it easy to walk to popular restaurants and bars. It was such a treat to not have to bring sheets and towels, but if you want more than 1 bath towel per person, bring one..washcloths are not provided. There are plenty of dishes and cups and glasses, but we only found 2 wine glasses, FYI. Otherwise, the kitchen is very well stocked, and there are even games in the living room to play. Everyone felt their beds were comfortable, except for the single bunk beds. It was very helpful to have 2 refrigerators, and the downstairs one had an icemaker, which came in handy. There were very few hangers, and actually there was no dresser in the bedroom I stayed in, which I thought was unusual. But overall we loved the property and would not hesitate to rent it again. Luckily none of us fell on the spiral staircase! :-) Great host too!

The condo was amazing! Very clean and beautiful. The location was perfect to see the ocean waves and very easy to access the beach with a private gate. The roof top was a very nice feature, although we didn’t use the hot tub, it was very very clean and ready to go. The condo had every thing we needed to feel right at home, dishes, silverware, appliances everything was very clean. The HVAC made every room very comfortable. Parking was easy and the private elevator with access code was very easy and safe to access the floor. They even have carts in the lobby to make moving your things in and out a breeze! I highly recommend this condo for your stay. We have been coming to ocean city for 12 years and have never stayed in a nicer space! We have finally found the absolute perfect place and hope to continue to rent it in the future. We had a small hiccup with the access code when we first arrived but I texted Stevi and he immediately responded with a new code, it was resolved in 15 seconds.
