Hi! Our studio apartment is perfect for those looking for a quiet and cozy get-away. It is centrally located between Rehoboth and Lewes and very close to rt 1 and rt 24. The studio has a private entrance on the side of our house. It is one large room with ample living and sleeping spaces, including a queen size bed and a futon (5'6" long) and a walk-in closet. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and relaxing country feel. The cottage is best for couples. Pets are welcomed at no additional charge. We've just added a fenced backyard for your convenience. Distances from my place to Cape Henlopen Park (9.9miles), Rehoboth Beach (10 miles), Dewey Beach (11 miles). Tanger Outlets (7.8 miles).
