My friend and I loved staying at this little house. It was so close to the beach, the hot tub was amazing in the evenings and the house was comfortable and welcoming. It was clean, organized and well stocked with the towels. Great little getaway spot at a wonderful price.

Jeannine was extremely helpful and flexible with checkout. The yard was gorgeous and our 2 dogs loved being out there almost the entire day. They had everything you needed from towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Nice touches with toothbrushes and little things you forget sometimes! Location is right down the road from a gorgeous beach with beautiful sunsets. Next time I am looking for a getaway in Cape May, I will be staying here!!

Our stay was great! The house was perfect size and had everything we need for a great beach trip. Just a short drive (or tram ride) to the beach and some great places within walking distance. We felt right at home. Gannon was extremely responsive, friendly, and a great host.

We were the very first guests in Eric’s house and we thought Eric did a good job to prepare for his first guests. There are still a few things to improve but I’m sure those will get improved with time. Overall, this is a great house in a very quiet neighborhood. Only a few miles away from the beach. There is a full size on the ground pool that is pretty new and it was a nice surprise especially for kids. Kitchen has everything you need and maybe more. We’ve had a few issues in the beginning but Eric was real quick to respond and help resolve the issues. Additionally, he was checking in sporadically through our stay to make sure everything was going well. We thought it was a good value for a house in Lewes during very busy season. I would recommend anyone looking for a stay in Lewes to give this house a chance.

The house is spacious, clean, and conveniently located. Laura made everything simple, including easy check-in and good local tips. It was perfect and fun for four, but would comfortably accommodate more!

What can I say, from the adorable and impeccable style of this cottage to the considerate dog toys and treats, just a really great experience. The pool and outdoor space is just what you need after a day on the beach, and the interior has all you need, plus a relaxing but elevated beach style. Would give this lil place an 11! Thanks to the owners and Teresa for hosting a top notch stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay again, this was our second time here with our pups and now baby and grandparents. We came back because we loved the house and truly feel at home. Liz provides all the basic things we need and some for us and our pups. There is plenty of space for everyone, the fenced backyard is such a plus. The location is great for us because it's far from the busy streets of Rehoboth and Lewes but close enough to get there and enjoy all both beach cities destinations have to offer. Liz is so easy to reach and communicate with, very thoughtful, flexible and understanding. We hope to be back soon.

This was our fourth or fifth stay at Peter's cottage. He never disappoints. The place is clean, modern and has just about every amenity you could think of. Walking distance to great restaurants, the beach and the boardwalk. Yet it is quiet and peaceful at night. Peter is a great host- very responsive and friendly. We hope to get back there ASAP!

We loved staying here, this is our second year and we are aldeay planning out stay for next year. Thomas is super friendly and easy to reach, his place is super cute and homey feeling!! If we could we would give this place a million stars!

Great, quiet location if that’s what you are looking for, which we were! Extremely close to the beach too! Beach was quiet and relaxing. It’s about a 20 minute drive to most restaurants, but it’s a beautiful drive through Prime Hook Sanctuary:))

We had a great time - convenient location, very comfortable. We especially enjoyed watching the birds in the morning from the back deck! Very peaceful neighborhood and just what we needed to relax for a few days.

Our entire family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Teresa’s place! It’s a cozy, quiet, and charming home. It’s conveniently located near the bay, making it an easy walk to the beach. The house’s size is perfect for a small family, and everything looks exactly as depicted in the pictures. Teresa is an excellent host, incredibly friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning!

A great place with lots of rooms! For a smaller place, there are several rooms and three bathrooms! I was very grateful for the crib; my only complaint was the crib was in the middle room, so it was difficult for us to walk through that room to get to the other bathroom and back bedroom after the baby was asleep.

Our stay at Olivia’s charming coastal cottage was cozy as much as it was convenient. With the cottage’s location to local restaurants, markets, breweries, and the beach, we had no shortage of options of things to do. We were deeply grateful we could bring along our fuzzy companion, too. Olivia was responsive and kind - a wonderful host! We would absolutely stay at Olivia’s cottage again!

We stayed here for a mom and kids getaway over memorial Day weekend! From first contact, Sarah was welcoming, helpful and accommodating to our needs. We had several children 5 and under and there was plenty of games and rooms for everyone to have a good time. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of utensils, bags, plates pots pans etc. the appliances were a bit dated, but honestly worked better than anything you'd get new! We were about 20 mins away from Cape Henlopen, Rebobeth and other local beaches. It was an easy drive for us and we got to enjoy to quiet neighborhood rather than the hustle and hustle of your traditional east coast beach town. All in all this was one of the best Air BnB experiences I've ever had and I could not recommend these hosts enough!! -Mandy

Another great weekend at Betsy's. This is the perfect get away for a couple. She has stocked the house with everything and anything you might need. She is super friendly, accessible, and responsive.

We had a wonderful 3 nights at Rehoboth Beach staying in Ruth's cottage. We had a very private stay and enjoyed walking to downtown Rehoboth as well as hanging around the cottage. It is small and cozy and has everything two people could want...including the amazing garden of a backyard! We hope to be back!

Dock Holiday is perfect for anyone seeking a relaxing vacation in a serene setting. The space is unique, funky and inviting. It feels like a family summer home, a place to make warm memories. It has everything you need for function and comfort—AC, wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a screened in porch. The property is beautiful with a large shady yard and a lovely breeze off the bay. There are footpaths all around the neighborhood and the pool area is great for all ages. The ocean, beach, shopping, restaurants and other attractions are about 20 minutes away. That area is very crowded in summer, so it’s nice to go there when you want to and return to Dock Holiday to unwind. We’re already talking about when going back next year.

Leslie and Jake, From the moment we checked into the Lighthouse we felt welcomed. The attention to detail that you have given your vacation home made us feel right at home. You truly thought of everything that would make your guests enjoy their stay. And the fact that we booked our getaway with such short notice, you were extremely proactive by handling the one small issue we encountered. We recommend the Lighthouse for anyone looking to enjoy a weekend away or a week to celebrate a special occasion like us. Spending our 42nd wedding anniversary at Cape May Point was perfect for us. Camilla and Taylor’s place was a great stay! They allowed me and my friends to use the space when we couldn’t find anywhere else to stay for senior week. It’s a beautiful home and we had lots of fun! :) They are very friendly and responsive and made sure we felt at home.

We had a great stay! We celebrated our grandparents 65th anniversary and the master room was perfect for them. Easy shower for them to get in and out. Great heat and water pressure. Everyone had enough space to spread out and feel relaxed. We didn’t have the greatest beach weather, but the chairs supplied looked adequate and a great deck area to enjoy the mornings and evenings at. Washer and drier is very nice to have use of too.

Great 2 bedroom single family home. Plenty of room and supplies. Easy access to Rehoboth and other beach towns. Host was very responsive and friendly.
