5 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes from the city center and the Royal Canal, facing the future annex of the University of Montpellier, we rent a small room on the mezzanine with a 140 bed, closets and a small private bathroom with shower, small sink and toilet. Patio available for breakfast and smoking area. Bus to the beaches 2 minutes away. Minimum stay of 2 nights. Continental breakfast included. Free parking 10 minutes away. Check-in 3:00 p.m. - Checkout 10am.

B&B near train station/historic center, 10 min to beach

Our accommodation is conveniently located whether you want to enjoy the beaches (10 min drive, beach bus 3 min), the hinterland or the nearby Camargue, we are very close to the highway exit and the beach road (300 m). Your access to the accommodation will be easy whether you come by car (free parking) or train (bus stop for the train station at the foot of the building). The historic center is easily accessible in less than 10 minutes by bus or bike, 15/20 minutes on foot

The two bedrooms that I make available to you are located in a villa with garden in a quiet area. The blue bedroom contains two single beds and the pink bedroom has 1 large bed close to a bus stop that takes you to the tram in 5 minutes. A small lake is a 5-minute walk away. LE CRES is 12 km from Montpellier. The bathroom and toilet are shared. The price is 40 euros per room (2 people) breakfast is extra (5 euros) to be paid on site

Private room in our family villa close to Montpellier. The room is well-equipped and spacious, with a French window overlooking the garden, a peaceful view of the pool and trees. Breakfast is complimentary (tea, coffee, bread, jam...). A private bathroom will be reserved for you, directly accessible from the bedroom (a corridor to cross). The environment is remarkably quiet, free street parking, tram access on foot (about 25 min).

Room with independent entrance in the village of Maurin, municipality of Lattes. 10 minutes from the seaside and 5 minutes by car to access the tram, next to Montpellier, close to the Arena concert hall. Private shower and toilet. No kitchen but microwave available as well as a refrigerator area. Outdoor table and 2 chairs available. If some dates are unavailable, feel free to send me a message. Breakfast included with homemade jams. Bedroom with independent entrance. Private bathroom and toilet located in a detached house in a residential area. We offer the possibility of using our kitchen and of course access to the pool during the summer and the garden all year round. We also provide a crib and high chair. The same applies to our washing machine and dryer.

Garden room 7 minutes from Train Station/City

This room has direct access to a nice garden not overlooked. The apartment I share with my daughter every other week is very functional. It is a 10-minute walk from Place de la Comédie and a 7-minute walk from Saint Roch train station. Located in a very quiet wooded residence. Higher price from July 7 to 14 because the entire apartment has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6).
