Une chambre qui dispose d'un grand lit 140/190 ,un bureau et une armoire. Un grand placard- penderie à l'entrée. Une cuisine toute équipée. Chaise haute pour bébé ,sur hausseur et vaisselle bébé. Jouets et jeux à disposition. Il donne sur une terrasse de 9 m2, agréable pour apéro ou plancha .

Ideally placed for your business trips, trainings, studies on Pérols, Montpellier and Montpellier Méditerranée Airport.

Come and stay in the former summer residence of a famous family of vermouth makers. Historic residence located at the foot of Mont Saint-Clair, the villa offers spectacular views of Sète, the Étang de Thau and the sea. Those looking for calm and charm will be delighted. The city takes on a country feel here... while being a 10-minute walk from the market halls. Breakfast is possible at an extra cost. I have a parking space that I make available to you free of charge :-)
