Everything you may need is less than a 2-minute walk away (supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery/pastry shop, ice cream parlor, restaurants, bars, terraces...). Our house is in a private complex in Pino Alto, 2' from the beach and less than 10' walk from L'Hospitalet de l'Infant. When you wake up, from bed, you see the sea. That could be the best thing in the house, but there is more. (I'll tell you below). SOMETHING IMPORTANT: In the house there is a portable air conditioner that works very well, but there is no central air conditioning.
