Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This property has about a 1/4 mile long driveway off of the main highway for peace and quiet and easy access to town and the interstate. This property has a total of 3 acres. Nice open with plenty of space. The home has a covered parking garage and a covered porch. There is a 40x40 concrete shop on the property for parking along with 2 horse stalls! There is a covered/enclosed concrete pad for outside dogs. Plenty of room to park.

My place is close to Okissa Lake, Clearsprings Recreational area, city of Natchez, and the Natchez Trace.. it is only 2 1/2 hours from New Orleans, or less than 2 hours from Baton Rouge. You’ll love our place because the property is located in the middle of the Homochitto National Forest. It is secluded and quiet. No plane, train, or automobile noise.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Beautiful and so peaceful! Our family of 9 loved waking up early in the morning to listen to the beautiful birdsong and watch the fog roll off the pond. Our kiddo crew loved catching and releasing frogs and watching the wildlife. The home was pristine and immaculately kept. A cool feature was having the walking trails on-site! A sweet addition from the owners Aaron and Linda was having wood delivered, for evenings spent around the fire.

I have been searching for a good place near my parents who live in Jackson, LA. I have to get over occasionally to help them. Josh’s place is fantastic. It is very quiet. The bed is extremely comfortable. It is both close to my parents and close to great restaurants in St. Francisville. It is quiet, peaceful, and quite safe. There’s no kitchen, but no problem. The Francis and Magnolia Kitchen and more are a short drive away. Having tried to find a reliable place to stay when I visit my parents, I finally have it.

Susie and James were so sweet and helpful! James met us outside when we arrived, showed us around the place and let us know that if we needed anything he'd be there. They thought of everything and we really didn't have to reach out much. We spent most of our time in the pool and they let us connect to the speaker outside. The cows kept us company outside and were singing along with us. The beds were so comfy, THE SHOWER OMG! Everything was just so perfect and we loved staying there!! Thank yall again❤️❤️

We loved this little cozy cabin and absolutely hated to leave! It was so peaceful outside with an incredible view of a beautiful pond! We walked around the place and my son did a little catch and release fishing which was fun! The outdoor grill area and fire pit was a nice set up as for outdoor grilling and s’mores! The beds were very comfortable as well! If you plan to check in late at night just be aware that the cabin is not located exactly at the address that Airbnb gives. It’s really dark out there so you may not be able see the pond that the cabin is located next to. Depending on which direction you are coming from it could be just before or just after the address listed. We highly recommend this cabin if you’re needing a place to stay in the area!

This is definitely a hidden gem. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, this is it. The property was beautiful with the surrounding greenery. We utilized the zipline, kayaks, the pool table, and most especially the fishing poles for our activities. They also have a cornhole game and a bbq qrill. Alexandra was very responsive and hospitable. The tea farm is right across and we had a chance to do the open house and taste some teas. We look forward to our next stay!
