Beach house holiday rentals in Licata

We (my family and friends' family) had a fantastic month at Gianleo's place. It's just by the beach (and there is a beautiful walk down if you take the right path, as I assume some of the previous guests, according to the reviews, didn't take). It's just a 15-20 min to the city center walking by the beach or along the road. It's a calm area with lovely neighbors. Full equipped kitchen, big bathrooms and nothing to complain at. Gianleo was very friendly, answered quickly and helped us out when needed. We're also very thankful for the problem-solving when we accidentally broke a table. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a holiday home in Sciacca!

The villa was a great place to stay. Awesome accommodations and fantastic and relaxing views. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Claudio and his lovely dog Mario welcomed us. The next morning, we received organic home-grown tomatoes and lemons. Always friendly and helpful. Both Claudio and little Mario have a warm, humorous and calm appearance. His garden is beautiful and well kept and our area was nicely shielded. Not far from the house, there is a beach where you can rent sunbeds and a beach restaurant that serves food and drinks. There were just the right number of people there and most of them were Italians. Recommended!😎

Beautiful private location walkable to beautiful beach location

Due to a flight delay, it was not possible to meet with Walter, but he gave precise, timely and punctual directions in addition to great advice! It was great help!! Great host!!

Charming accommodation, on 3 levels, with a quiet patio at the back of the house and a top floor reserved for a master suite with balcony and sublime view of the port. Everything is very clean and very well-equipped. Alfonso is a charming host who provided us with a complete guide to all the places to visit or to eat. A gold mine to discover the treasures of the region! Sciacca is a pretty town and despite the long-standing and never-ending works in the port, we had a very pleasant stay there. And if you have a car and are a fan of archaeological remains... you will be delighted!

Giovanni and Alessia are two perfect hosts. Friendly and discreet. The house was as described, very comfortable to the beach a few hundred meters away, spacious and recently renovated, with two large terraces. Absolutely recommended, equipped with essentials and air conditioning in all rooms!

Fantastic host and stay. Sandro was very helpful and responsive. It is great to be so close to the sea.

We had a great stay in this brand new and very well-equipped accommodation. Chiara is a great host, she welcomed us warmly and with some surprises in the fridge! She gave us good advice for visiting and tasting the gastronomy of the region. Everything was perfect, book without hesitation!

The place was perfect for the 6 of us (myself, my wife and 2 grown up children with partners). The description says 2 doubles and 1 twin, but Marco set the twin up as a double which felt like a double. The only slight comments are that: - there were only 5 sun beds by the pool - there was a shortage of glasses - the description says towels for bathroom and pool towels - there was 1 large, 1 medium and 1 small towel each which meant we could either have a large towel for use in the shower or by the pool.

Gorgeous villa, decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. Looked exactly as it did in the photos. The location was also perfect, far enough away from the main area that it feels secluded and peaceful but 20 mins walk away from the main beach with shops, bars, restaurants etc. the main square and the marina were beautiful spots. Would highly recommend the location. The main positive feature though, has to be the service and support from staff. Particular shout out to Giuseppe, who was always on hand and available to help with anything throughout our entire stay. One evening our water stopped working and he arrived within minutes and fixed it. Very friendly, professional and helpful man. Cannot recommend this villa enough and we would love to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful spacious home. The views from the roof were spectacular. There was plenty of room for people to work at different tables. We enjoyed the foosball table and generally enjoyed ourselves enormously while there, we alI had a chance to get a dip in the pool and sit by that beautiful garden. You should be very proud of your establishment, and the comfortable surroundings that it provides for everybody in such a congenial setting. A 5 star experience from start to finish

Debora was really kind in all respects, from the beginning with so much patience waiting for us in the house, then giving us very clear instructions as well as taking a moment to have a chat (very friendly I must say). The apartment is beautiful and complete, in person it looks even better than in the photos, I am fully satisfied... we will definitely be back in the future:)

Very nicely landscaped garden area, magnificent pool and absolute privacy in quiet surroundings. House and property are very well maintained and we felt very comfortable. Nearby is Marina di Ragusa, a lovely little place by the sea with restaurants and shops. A trip to the larger town of Ragusa is recommended.

Beautifully finished and very clean. Salvatore and his wife were very helpful and friendly. We loved the location and thoroughly enjoyed walking into Marina Di Ragusa for granita or a delicious evening meal. Lots of options! This is a beautiful part of Sicily and a beautiful villa.

The beach was beautiful…crystal clear water and a shallow shoreline. We really felt like we were in paradise. The house is located up on the hill (clay) very quiet and peaceful. There is one bar at the beach for drinks/coffee/chips/ice cream….happy hour in the late pm. The house was cozy, a little smaller than what we expected. It’s like living on a sailboat that was tastefully decorated. The owners were very friendly and kind, they live in the attached house. One important note that is not clear in the description is that kitchen and loft bedroom are up on the first floor. The doors that you see on the ground floor next to the outdoor patio is the kitchen of the owners. Keep in mind that there are stairs up to the kitchen/seating area/bathroom and additional stairs up to the loft bedroom. The a/c and fan helped keep the loft cool. If you dine outdoors you have to go up/down the exterior stairs. The kitchen had all the essentials also a table and foldable chairs. The beach 😍

Beautiful home in a peaceful location. The veranda is the best part of this home, we sat outside and enjoyed breakfast at the outdoor table in the sun, perfect. Location is 20 min walk to the beach (downhill on the way there so quite uphill on the way back!) not loads in the immediate area but there is a Eurospar (shop) with all groceries. Otherwise perfectly fine with a car as within 10/15 min drive you can find a lot. Giorgio was a lovely host, even though he couldn’t meet us he was responsive and helpful. Lovely relaxing stay.

Great experience. Beautiful, clean, well-kept and fully equipped house. Magnificent location 200 real meters from the beautiful beach of Poliscia, reachable on a quiet but steep street. Beautiful view from the garden overlooking the coast. It is necessary to have a car to get to the country and shops. Estelle is very nice and approachable. We moved the arrival time for an unexpected circumstance and was ready to find a solution. I hope to be back.

Accommodation matching the description with several amenities in the kitchen, perfect for cooking good meals. Comfortable, clean space. Giovanni was very available to answer our questions as well as available to give us recommendations, he made us feel comfortable. The location is central, we easily visited the city as well as some nearby beaches without having to use the car. In addition, street parking is easily accessible. The only downside would be the noise from the industrial area adjacent to the port at the bottom of the street (during weekdays).

i stayed 10 days at Daniele's property, I had a great time with Daniele and Angelo, two very nice guys who were always available if needed. Angelo waited for me when I arrived even after check-in. The house is small but equipped with all the necessities and comforts. The outdoor space is a gem,spacious with a barbecue area,it is a postcard view. 10 minutes by car from the village center. I recommend it to everyone,if I have the chance I will definitely come back.

Very well located in a quiet area, 5 min walk to a sandy and worldless beach (even in July!). Culture tours 1 hour by car (Piazza Armerina, Agrigento, …). Charming hosts, very welcoming and very attentive (we had a medical problem, thanks to Francesco the medical visits went very well). Accommodation rather for 4 people max. The terrace + garden are very nice.

Excellent accommodation, facing the sea and close to the historic center. At the end of May, it was quite easy to park nearby. Ervin was also good and very helpful in answering any questions!
