Walk-in shower, underfloor heating, TV and projector with extendable screen complete the picture. Parking is free on the street. Garage parking space on request. All windows have shades or blinds.

Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

The place is a good retreat in the hustle and bustle of the big city and yet well connected: 5-minute walk to the tram to Köpenick 7-minute walk to the Mahlsdorf S-Bahn station 35 minutes by line S5 to Alexanderplatz Right on Bundesstraße 1. Despite everything, it is quiet here. The entrance to the apartment is separate from the house and equipped with its own key. Come by!
