Peace and relaxation - Our nice apartment is located between Attersee and Mondsee at an altitude of 750 m away from the tourist hustle and bustle of the lake and is the starting point for great excursions and hikes. The house itself has no lake view. In summer there is bathing fun on the numerous lakes of the Salzkammergut. Lake Attersee is about 4 km away and Lake Mondsee is 7 km away. In winter, the small family ski resort Oberaschau provides skiing and cross-country skiing fun. We are happy to host you!

The apartment with private entrance is located directly on Lake Mondsee with picturesque views of the Schafberg. In the immediate vicinity (about 200 to 300 m) separated only by the waterfront road, there are two public swimming facilities that can be reached on foot or by bike. The public beach Loibichl is about 3 km away and the center of Mondsee is 8 km away. The festival city of Salzburg can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Mountains and surroundings invite hiking and biking.

The apartment is about 200 m (walking distance) from the center. You can reach the surrounding infrastructure on foot in 5 minutes. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.
