With direct access from our garden to Blackdown National Trust land it is the perfect, tranquil location from which to explore. We are just 5 minutes drive from the train station and town centre and perfectly located to visit market towns of Guildford, Godalming, Midhurst, Petworth and Petersfield, as well as Goodwood and the coast.

The Roost, self contained annex in Lodsworth

The self contained annexe is located in the charming village of Lodsworth, close to the towns of Midhurst & Petworth (with plentiful antique shops). Very convenient for Cowdray Polo, Chichester & Goodwood festivals. The sandy beaches of The Witterings are only a 40 mins drive away. The village has a lovely pub & shop stocking local produce. The Roost is ideal for couples and solo adventurers. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets or infants. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!
