This villa and trullo from 1780, named trullo Fedele Bonotto, have been fully restored but still sit among the centuries-old olive trees of the area. Admire the historic stone walls, lounge in the private pool and solarium, and enjoy the beautiful garden area, all exclusive to guests and their privacy- The staff who takes care of the cleaning of the external and internal spaces of the property strictly follow the sanitary rules foreseen for Covid-19, before the arrival of each guest, full sanitation is carried out, the size of the house and the large garden absolutely guarantee the social security distances and contactless The villa, with centuries-old olive trees, has a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with utensils and crockery, dishwasher, fridge, oven. Thanks to a corridor you get to the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Detached from the villa, with separate entrance, you access the trullo, about 50 m2 large, where there is a double bed, a sofa / double bed and a private bathroom. In the outdoor area there is a large table with 10 chairs, several seats, a barbeque and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Also attached to the villa is the boiler room with laundry, complete with washing machine. The entire structure is for the exclusive use of guests who can live in this unforgettable moments of rest and tranquility! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! L'accueil de Daniela et Giorgio a été très chaleureux, ils sont très gentils, toujours disponibles pour donner de bons conseils tout en restant discrets et non intrusifs. Le logement est impeccable, entourée de verdure, un véritable havre de paix! L’intérieur était d’une propreté irréprochable. Le gros plus : la piscine, absolument magnifique et méticuleusement entretenue, a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. La mer est à proximité (avec plages publiques ou privées), tout comme plusieurs bars et restaurants. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit !

Une petite maisonnette aux allures de cabane de luxe, tout simplement merveilleuse, pleine de charme à deux pas de la très belle OSTUNI et en plein cœur des Pouilles. Tout était impeccable, magnifiquement décoré, extrêmement soigné. Olenka a été une hôte pleine d’attentions (oui, ça fait plaisir d’avoir de l’eau pour son séjour, un petit paquet de pâtes et de quoi prendre un petit déjeuner le matin de son arrivée ; et ça fait plaisir d’avoir un petit message au milieu du séjour pour savoir si tout se passe bien et si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit). Bref, que dire ? Que tout était parfait et que notre seul regret, c’était de ne pas rester plus. Un grand merci à Olenka pour son accueil et à une prochaine fois. Marina

Comfortable, clean and cozy apartment! The private pool is an absolute plus! Having a washing machine at the apartment was very helpful also. There are only a handful of restaurants in walking distance while the beach is 5 min walk from the place. There are a couple of free public beaches, but we recommend the Sun Bay camping village for a beach day. You can rent an umbrella and chair right on the beach. We had a great time!!

The house was large , comfortable and clean. Francesco was friendly and quick to respond to any questions and requests we asked. Gioele picked us up from the bus which was late arriving at 10pm, greatly appreciated. Massimo drove us on a couple of tours and gave us information which was great. We used local buses and trains which was ok, just takes a longer to go places. The pizza place next door is good and other good resturants down the road. Francesco provided a list of things to see and do. Would recommend this house

We had such a lovely time at the appartment. We met up with Daniele and he gave us so many ideas of what to do during our stay. Appartment was huge, well located with the advantage of a car parking space, if required. We will certainly return next year.
