Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

Perfect solution for those seeking tranquility and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment in question enjoys a privileged view of Lake Nemi, so don't miss the fantastic sunset and why not, perhaps accompanied by a good glass of wine. Using the directions provided by Fabrizio, it was very easy to reach the accommodation, you just have to try it. Thank you for your experience.

We enjoyed staying at the place very much! A well-kept apartment with great views and a beautiful balcony where you can sit comfortably in the evening. The path to the beach is also very short, so you can easily cope with a toddler. We will be happy to come back.

Great place to stay with two couples - easy access to all the tourist spots but equally great location to see how the Rome population live. Luxury feel to the accommodation. Highly recommend . Nino is a super host and keen for our stay to be great ! …. And it was !

This place is very well equipped, quite, everything works. We found the most of what we needed (besides the usual also the kitchen utensils, detergents, cleaning utensils are there, the towels are already a bit old). The view is great, the balcony very nice. The car can be parked in the back yard. It is only a few steps to the beach. Unfortunately, there is garbage on the beach. If you take a walk to the left on the beach there is even more garbage so not very pleasant. All in all, we had a very good stay. The only thing to improve: chairs at the dining table are not very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at David’s place! It was extremely spacious and the hallway floor lighting was such a nice touch. The location can’t be beat with Trastevere just across the river. David was kind enough to arrange a driver for us to the airport and gave us a list of recommendations!

It’s a beautiful apartment with a proactive hosting team. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood and rooms are nicely furnished. We reported some issue late night, and it was fixed right next day during the hours that we were out. We would stay here again next time we go to Rome. I highly recommend this apartment.

If the location fits the schedule, I highly recommend this accommodation. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes on foot to the Vatican tour site. The advantage is that it is very clean. Actually, if you go to a European Airbnb, even if it is clean, there are parts that are different from Korean culture, so you often experience private inconvenience in your life (such as no towel rack, only a sunflower shower, and no shelf to put shampoo or body wash on) But this was the most perfect of the 4 Airbnbs I stayed in Italy. I really recommend it if the location fits the schedule. The disadvantage is that it is on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator (from the ground floor, so it's actually the 5th floor). Fortunately, the stairs aren't steep or sagging, so you just need to exert a little effort.

We had a great time. House equipped with every comfort and proximity to the beach has put the cherry on top. We will definitely be back.

As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how you checked in on me and responded quickly when I had trouble with the AC—you came by immediately with your maintenance guy. I felt safe, cared for, and welcomed. You also gave me great birthday dinner recommendations and had a super helpful welcome booklet with curated spots and things to do around Rome. The apartment was exactly like the photos—clean, stylish, and perfect for content. All the amenities worked, and the location was ideal—just 15 mins from the Colosseum and close to public transport. 100/10 experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. Grazie, Stephano!

All other reviewers are right. This is a great apartment, with great amenities, in a great location, with a great hostess. Extremely clean too! I think the apartment is better than the pictures. Thoughtful touches (ingredients for a pasta dinner! Shower gel.) The bed is VERY comfortable. Spacious shower - and washcloths were provided (rarity in Europe!) The free parking is a 1 minute walk and very convenient. Do visit the gelato place they recommend and the spaghetteria! Everything is close and convenient. I really enjoyed my stay here! Highly recommend!!!

Giorgio was very kind and welcoming. The apartment was just as described and had everything you needed. The big patio with the view of the sea made this apartment so unique and relaxing. There are restaurants within walking distance and the beach is just 2 sets of stairs away.

The location of this AirBnB is perfect. It’s on a quiet side street in manageable walking distance from everything. The street and surroundings was extremely charming. The Airbnb was exactly as expected and extremely clean. The only thing I’d recommend is providing more toilet paper (LOL). We would return on another trip to Rome!!

First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2025.The location is central to everything and lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The large outdoor patio was a great spot to rest and relax at the end of a busy walking day. The beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean. The hosts were very flexible in allowing us to store our luggage a few hours before check in time. We would definitely stay here again should we visit Rome !
