L'appartement est située dans le Carré D'Or, dans une résidence, au 6ème étage avec ascenseur à 2 minutes de la plage. Joliment meublé avec une cuisine équipée, le coin repas, un lit double, un canapé-lit confortable, le tout dans un espace ouvert. Il y a le Wifi, la télé, la machine à laver et la clim! Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)
