Located at the end of the village Klenik pri Pivka on the outskirts of Nature 2000, we call it "BEe in foREST", located at the end of the village Klenik pri Pivka on the outskirts of Nature 2000, in the lap of nature with which we are closely connected. It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

Enjoy Home away from home, clean and comfortable. Ičići and Ika beaches are about 10 minutes away on foot, as well as shops and restaurants, return uphill - View! Supermarkets are 5 minutes away by car, as well as the Peharovo beach (free parking) and many other beaches. The apartment is an excellent base for visiting the Opatija Riviera on foot along the sea - Lungomare. Rovinj, Porec, Pula, Motovun, islands of Krk (bridge), Cres, Rab, Lošinj, national parks. Apartman se nalazi u obiteljskoj kući u prizemlju. Pored ovoga apartmana u istoj obiteljskoj kući se nudi još jedan veći app na prvom katu. Kuća je udaljena 3 kilometra od mora autom (cestom), postoji i pješački put koji je od mora udaljen 1 kilometar (stepenice) koji je u smjeru mora nizbrdo ali pri povratku ipak treba biti u kondiciji. Apartman T&T je kompletno stilski novo uređen u proljeće 2019. Sastoji se od jedne spavaće sobe, kuhinje i dnevnog boravka (openspace) te kupaonice sa saunom.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The Terrace

This studio apartment for two is situated above Mošćenicka Draga. The best thing about studio is magnificent view on the Kvarner gulf which you will never forget. You have 4 km of road from the Adriatic sea and from the one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia...Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1km from Mošćenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
