Holiday rentals with a pool in Lihue

Beautiful place and location…spend the week on the large lanai soaking in the sound of the waves! House was well stocked with both kitchen supplies and beach supplies (chairs, wagon, toys, boogie board) which made a beach vacation with 4 little children very enjoyable and easy! Loved the outdoor hose to spray off the sand after a day at the beach and the outdoor shower was an added bonus! A few of the overhead fans could not be turned up from a low setting making it quite warm on some of the nights -a few box fans/portable fans would help significantly to move around the house when it gets warm but otherwise everything was amazing and would stay here again!

We really did enjoy our stay here, it was easy to check in and it’s about a mile away from some very delicious restaurants and shops. The rec center is down the street and the pictures are as described. Brandon is very responsive and quickly answers your questions and gives useful information. The cottage was quaint, clean, and very cozy and relaxing. It was very clean, however I did have an issue with some things that weren’t thoroughly cleaned and wiped down. I’m very particular as I’m very allergic to dust so I mentioned this to Brandon and he offered to have his cleaner go back and fix the spots that weren’t thoroughly cleaned missed. However it wasn’t anything major as I’m just picky. The kitchen and bedrooms were immaculate and looked brand new. There are tons of supplies in the house and in the garage, which I loved. Brandon was so kind, due to this issue the owner came by and gave my kids candy and a book to read. It was very thoughtful and sweet. Overall great experience.

Absolutely beautiful! A wonderful place to stay with all the amenities you could ask for - everything down to finite details made this place a peaceful place to stay. We will be back.

Nice spot for a family of 5 on an island adventure. the seacoast is a short walk and along the coast there is a hiking (or trail running) trails that can go 5+ miles. we never used the beach in front of the nearby hotel as it is rough, but walked to and snorkel at Poipu. the house has games, and a private backyard.

We stayed our last night in Kauai at Jake's place, and it was nice to have somewhere very close to the beach while still feeling very private and peaceful. The only noises heard were the chickens. They have air conditioning as well, which made for a comfortable sleeping situation after having spent the last week in an un-air conditioned space that at times felt too warm and humid to be comfortable. We didn't make use of the kitchen, but it was a nice space. Not sure about the pans/dishes but the sitting area was comfortable. The bathrooms were nice a clean, and the beds were comfortable. We did book this last minute, and so we felt that the rate was well worth the amenities and comfort.

We loved our stay! We could have stayed 2 weeks. Loved the plunge pool feature and garden. Chilling out on the screen porch was so relaxing. We enjoyed making dinner in the modern kitchen and watching movies in the comfortable living room. Driving into Kapa’a was quick and easy either north or south route. Understand that Kauai is windy most of the time; the pool will have leaves fall into it all day. Just net them out before each dip.

North island in princeville is beautiful, it’s away from cities so more expensive amenities and not that many choices but we felt it was more of an authentic island experience. Great beaches. A few Good restaurants nearby. (Happy talk and the pizza place next door) Home is wonderful. Better than expected. Host and home owners were great.

Kurt was a great host! Clear communication and easy instructions to follow. The whole process was seamless and stress free. They have instructions waiting for you when you arrived. If it wasn’t for their tip on how single lane bridges work, I would have been so confused. Beautiful views and great location. Will definitely book again when I make another trip to Kauai.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay, exceptionally clean, beautiful and comfortable unit packed with Aloha! All of the descriptions and photos are accurate, and the place looks even better in person. A perfect home base for exploring the garden island! We will return for sure.

Veronica’s condo was exactly what we needed to enjoy our Honeymoon in Kauai! The location was our favorite aspect, you could get to each side of the island within an hour and we did so many activities that the location was perfect. The condo itself is exactly as described and the pool and grounds are beautiful. The sunrises from the beach right out front are gorgeous and we really enjoyed all the chickens running around. We would absolutely stay with Veronica again in Kauai.

Shannon's place was an amazing last minute find. spent a whole week with easy access to north and south of idland, including steps away from ocean front, restaurants and bars. Place was very clean, she is very thoughtful with the extras that she provides to help you have a relaxing yet comfortable stay between extra beach towels, beach chairs, bags for your gear, and quick utensils. comfortable bed allowed me to rest up after some extreme hiking. Overall, 6 out of 5 it I could. we will be returning to her same place. Great communication with helping as well

I’ve visited Kauai for years, and I really enjoyed my stay at Cameron and Tanya’s loft condo. It’s a corner unit, and has a lovely view at the dining area. I enjoyed the contrast of the sun lit dining area, and the shaded living area and loft bedroom. It looked like a treehouse from the inside. When the sliding doors are open with the fan on there was never a need to turn on the AC. I would only use it for a few minutes right before going to bed, to push out the hot air that tends to collect up above. The kitchen was well stocked. The Lawry’s seasoning was a surprise. And I had no difficulty cooking whatever suited my fancy during my stay. I slept like a rock every night although I did have to remove the mattress topper, I’m a firm bed girlie. Cameron and Tanya were both very responsive and quick to provide assistance with any concerns. Thank you for picking up my amazon package from the mailbox Cameron! I highly recommend their vacation condo and hope to book it again when I return!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! The space is so beautiful and clean, and we especially loved the deck with the view. The bed was so comfy and the huge tv was a nice plus. Allison was very responsive, had clear instructions, and the washer/dryer was great to have. It was also in the perfect location on North Shore, quick drive to gorgeous beaches and lovely restaurants. Only thing we had an issue with was finding parking some nights. Other than that, 10/10

We loved our stay! Summer’s place was clean and the perfect size for my husband and I. She had snorkel gear, boogie boards, and extra toiletries that really helped us! We also loved all the recommendations she gave us on what to do. The area was private but walkable to restaurants and the beach!

Our stay was amazing! The condo was cute and we really enjoyed the beach being right there by us. It was amazing to be able to eat breakfast on the beach every morning! There is lots of shops and food options within walking distance. The floor was a little dirty and didn’t look like it was swept very well but everything else was perfect. Be prepared to rise with the chickens, literally! Every morning we were woken by a rooster right by our patio. 🤣
