We had a great stay at Marlieke's place and fellt right at home after arival. The cottage is very clean, spacious and has everything you need. Marlieke has really thought of whatever her guests might need, from a well stocked fridge and welcoming snacks, high quality kitchen material, to even a sewing kit in case your button falls off and toys to make our daughter feel energised after a long flight. The beds are high quality, the bath luxurious, and the view amazing. With a car you can reach all interesting places (Amsterdam, Utrecht, castle, woods etc) within half an hour. Marlieke has prepared several information maps for day trips and IJsselstein itself is also a lovely little town where we went often for coffee etc. Marlieke responded quickly to all my questions and gave very useful practical suggestions. The family is lovely and our daughter enjoyed playing with the youngest girls and Soof the dog. She was also very happy to be allowed to help take care of all the animals!

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Erg plezierig welkom geheten….Alles mooi schoon en netjes. Veel privé en een fijne tuin tot je beschikking. Dichtbij centrum , restaurants en winkels De 2e slaapkamer, buiten om te bereiken, was wel wat klein in vergelijk met de master bedroom.

Ein tolles und sauberes Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend. Mit 8 Personen sind wir mit den Zimmern und Baderäumen klar gekommen. Pool war in unserer Zufriedenheit!

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in dit mooie appartement. Het balkon met uitzicht op zee is fantastisch. Het appartement is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. 2 mooie ruime slaapkamers en badkamers en een leuke vide. strand pal voor de deur en meerdere restaurants en strandtenten nabij. ijmuiden vonden wij ook verrassend leuk. rondvaart door de zeesluis is een aanrader

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Soest! The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated — a perfect retreat surrounded by nature. The horses on the property added a unique and peaceful touch, and there was plenty to do in the area for nature lovers. What truly made the stay exceptional was the warm hospitality of the owner, Denise. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Wir hatten wundervolle 2 Wochen in Frederikas Ferienhaus. Es war ruhig, idyllisch und der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen (vorallem auch für unseren Hund). Friederike ist eine tolle Gastgeberin :) Sie war sehr sympathisch und hat uns herzlichst Empfangen. Wir empfehlen diesen Ort definitiv weiter und freuen uns auf das nächste mal :)

If you’re looking for a quiet and welcoming place to stay, this is the perfect spot. The four of us really enjoyed our time here. Peter-Jan gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and shared some helpful tips. While the routes along the canals make the journeys a bit longer, the travel time to Utrecht or Amsterdam is absolutely reasonable. We’d be happy to come back!

The best hidden gem in Amsterdam!! Beautiful private garden and modern home tucked away from the city!!

Nous avons adoré notre Séjour chez Lotte et Sam. Le cadre ainsi que la maison était magnifique. La maison est à 20min de Amsterdam centre (attention vous n’êtes plus dans Amsterdam mais dans la banlieue) Si vous recherchez un lieu en dehors de la ville calme et reposant je vous invite à séjourner là bas.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour Ed est un super Hôte très gentil Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé Les lits sont confortables La gare de Almere Poort est à 15 mn à pieds Train fréquents pour aller à Amsterdam Centraal 25 mn (voir l’application NS) Supermarché AH à 10 mn à pieds (attention impossible de payer avec des cartes visa à débit différé) Quartier très calme

This home and host were fantastic. We were able to comfortably get to the city and spend time at the Airbnb. Definitely worth it !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Magical Stay on the Water! Staying at this river Airbnb in Amsterdam was hands down one of the most unique and unforgettable experiences of my travels. The location is beyond dreamy — right on the water, with stunning views of the canal life drifting by. Waking up to the gentle ripple of the river and sipping coffee on the deck felt like something out of a movie. ✨ The interior was cozy, stylish, and spotless — you can tell the hosts put a lot of love into making the space warm and welcoming. Every little detail, from the plush bedding to the curated local decor, made it feel like a true home away from home. The hosts were absolute gems — super communicative, thoughtful, and even left us a welcome gift with local treats . They gave us great recommendations for places to eat and explore, and made check-in a breeze. Being gently rocked to sleep on the river, then waking up to swans gliding past the window… I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Amsterdam

we really enjoyed our stay at Daphne n Kevin s house,easy check in and nice location,Daphne had kept Amsterdam famous stroopwaffles as our welcome treat which was delicious and very nice everything was clean and properly organised kitchen was well equipped bed was cozy and comfortable Daphne was very helpful and gave us some amazing recommendations for our stay we highly recommend their house

Wir waren total zufrieden mit dem kleinen Ferienhaus, alles war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Auch die Lage ist super, weder der Strand noch die Innenstadt von Amsterdam ist lange entfernt. Die direkte Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und naturnah. Gerne wieder :)

Ich habe mich sofort in das Loft verliebt. Alles hat gestimmt, Maaike hat einen aussergewöhnlich guten Einrichtungsstil, einfach zum verlieben und bis ins Detail abgestimmt. Das Loft ist riesig und bietet viel Platz. Danke Maaike und Mark für diese super Möglichkeit, meinen Kururlaub im schönen Holland zu geniessen. Amsterdam, Haarlem, Zaanvort am Meer und Alkmaar sind mit dem Auto sowie dem Zug in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Das Wetter hat auch gestimmt, also 10 von 10 Punkten.

Anna et Ruud sont des hôtes très attentifs et bienveillants. Ils sont accueillants et veillent au bien être de leurs locataires. La maison est superbe, décorée avec goût. La vue sur la rivière est splendide. Admirer les couchers de soleils depuis la maison ou la petite terrasse au bord de l'eau en prenant l'apéritif est exceptionnel. La literie est très confortable, il y a des moustiquaires dans les chambres, permettant d'ouvrir sans difficulté les fenêtres la nuit. La cuisine et la buanderie sont très bien équipées. L'endroit est très calme au milieu de la nature et des animaux. Vous n'êtes pas loin des parkings P+R d'Amsterdam, ainsi que de plusieurs autres jolies villes alentours. Anna vous indique plein d'informations dans un classeur. Les supermarchés sont à moins de 10 minutes en voiture, on roule doucement et on profite ;-) L'accès à la maison avec une boîte à clés est très pratique. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour chez Anna et Ruud et les remercions pour leur accueil.

Ellen was an absolutely wonderful host! She was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and even took the time to share local recommendations and places to explore in the area, which made our trip even more special. Her kindness and warmth really stood out—she’s the kind of host who makes you feel right at home. Overall, a super lovely experience. Would absolutely stay again!

Das Haus war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Der Check-in war super einfach und Noortje war bei Anliegen stets schnell erreichbar. Die Nähe zu Amsterdam haben wir sehr geschätzt. Leider war es (auch in der Nacht) von der Strasse her eher etwas laut. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem sehr wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen!

Nach einer sympatischen Kommunikation mit Maartje wurden wir herzlich von Ernest empfangen. Das Cottage ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und hat einen netten kleinen Garten. Bei Bedarf stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Man fühlt sich gleich wie zuhause, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist fußläufig zum Ortskern von Muiden gelegen, wo es nette Cafes und Restaurants gibt. Nach Amsterdam braucht man mit Auto nach Weesp 10 min und dann 18 min per Bahn bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen. Vielen Dank Maartje für die schöne Zeit in Eurem Cottage :-)

Beautiful clean apartment in the countryside only 20/30 minutes outside of the main city transport was easy to find and figure out it was super peaceful and relaxing you have everything you need in the apartment and if not there’s a small town with a couple of shops and restaurants down the road. Ester was super accommodating to us arriving and leaving before and after check out giving us a place to leave our luggage definitely would come back it was a great experience.
