First thing first: you will stay in the guest room of our house, thus, you will see us around :) Our freshly renovated home located in a green area of Maastricht with free parking front of the house. The guest room is on the first floor. The bathroom is also on the first floor shared with us. You can use common space with us: a cozy living room and a stylish American-kitchen with all amenities; a back garden where you can relax. We are also open for a chat with warm tea if you up for it :)

The cottage is quietly located at the end of a road in the Maasduinen park. In addition, it is located on the edge of the style, so there are beautiful views of the countryside and the villages behind it. The cottage itself is comfortably furnished with two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom also has a toilet. Spacious living room with open kitchen and separate toilet. Enjoy a comfortable stay in our Boutique Hotel, 5-10 minutes' walking distance from the center of Valkenburg aan de Geul. The location is ideal for the peace seeker, as well as those who want to have the cozy center at your fingertips. Perfectly suitable as a group accommodation (max. 6 persons). There are 3 spacious rooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. There is also a cozy communal lounge, small kitchen equipped with all basic amenities and garden with swimming pool.

In de kamers zijn alle benodigde voorzieningen aanwezig voor een ontspannen verblijf. Denk hierbij aan gratis wifi, handdoeken en zitgelegenheid. Geniet van een comfortabele tweepersoonsbed… Elke ochtend serveren we een heerlijk ontbijt met lokale producten. De kamers kunnen onderling verschillen.

De villa is geschikt voor maximaal 8 gasten en bevindt zich op 3 fietsminuten naar het station en 16 tot 22 per trein naar hartje Eindhoven, en een directe intercity trein verbinding tussen Deurne en Schiphol. Daarnaast zijn er fantastische wandel, fietsen en mtb routes in de buurt.

The cottage was newly built at the end of 2019 and is located in Droompark Maasduinen. As can be seen in the pictures, the house has modern and cozy furnishings. The kitchen has a gas stove with four burners, dishwasher and microwave combi oven. In addition, it contains the usual kitchen appliances. The bathroom is characterized by a window and a walk-in shower. The living room leads directly to the spacious terrace, which invites you to linger in summer.
