Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

The host was incredibly helpful, we didn’t speak much French but their English is amazing and they made sure we felt at home and comfortable!

My first experience with Airbnb and thanks to Phillipe, my stay was great. Everything worked smoothly. On the last day, an accident happened to us so we accidentally broke something by the bed, Phillipe was so accommodating and we were allowed to travel on without any problems. I would like to thank these great hosts again.

I spent 3 weeks in this apartment It is easy to locate because it is close to Choisy train station, convenient access, in a quiet building It is clean, close to transport, convenient for getting to Paris (several transport options that lead to the apartment) Next to it there is the market (3 times a week) Supermarkets and restaurants nearby for all tastes Martin is very responsive, welcoming My stay was in very good conditions. This is the second time I've returned to Janet's. and I would go back at any new opportunity. Janet is very responsive, and very accommodating. Also very kind. his accommodation is located in a small quiet residence and very well located (for me at least). It feels safe. Private parking space. Supermarket 2 min walk, 2 min access to the highway to go to Paris. It feels safe. Private parking space. The apartment is very well laid out, very beautiful and very well equipped. Beautiful cooking, I really enjoyed everything. There's coffee and candy! Everything was clean, the room, the kitchen and the bathroom. We feel the desire to make everything available to feel at home. And the bet is won!

The place was nice and clean. Stephanie was super friendly and always met us halfway. There was even breakfast and drinks! All in all, it was very great and we recommend this accommodation to everyone! We can't wait to see you next time ☺️

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The location was perfect—close to shops and public transport. The host was very kind and responsive. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax and work. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to return.

This BNB saved me lots of money because of the RER station that’s so close to it. Live the boulangerie lifestyle while I was here because the boulangerie on the ground floor sold really really good bread and pastries.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a little further out from the centre of Paris but easily reachable with public transport. There were some lovely local shops and restaurants nearby as well so we didn’t always have to go out of our way to find something. The apartment was just right for two people for a few days :)

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Super clean place with everything you could ever need. Patrick was so nice and went above and beyond to give us all we needed. You can cook here, there was a hairdryer and even a curling iron, which is amazing when you're coming from the US with different plugs. Its a 15 min walk to the metro, but still way better than a far more expensive hotel that you cant cook at. Highly recommend it.

Between two houses, I lived for 2 months with Lénaïk and Jean-Luc, in a neighborhood that I know well. The studio is perfectly equipped, very well located, within walking distance of the RER and the center while being quiet. Very pleasant to live in, a real little cocoon, so much so that I had a hard time leaving it. The hosts are lovely. Being able to park your vehicle in the courtyard is an undeniable plus. Thanks!!!
