Family-friendly holiday rentals in Limerick

Was a nice peaceful stay for the most part. The pools were nice to swim in although it seems not everyone seemed to want to follow the pool rules. Doesn't help that there were no lifeguards to ensure kids remained safe other than the parents. A few times I saw individuals in the pool water with either glass or an open drink in hand. Saw kids diving into the pool and even witnessed a few hurt themself. But other than that, the hot tub was so lovely to soak in. The arcade room was fun to play in. It was cool to see there was a lot to be able to do in the area for yourself. Definitely wish there was more to do in the area other than the classic tourists spots. A lot of beautiful spots to hike. We ended up checking out Diana's Bath and it was a gorgeous spot to watch cascading waterfalls or have a tiny dip. Would definitely check out this space again and maybe spend a few more days to truly appreciate the environment and mountains ^-^

The house was beautiful. The walk down to the dock was also wonderful, the lake is beautiful. We really enjoyed the hot tub as well!

This was our 2nd time staying at a unit hosted by ace on this resort and we will definitely return again! You get that private feel of a home with all the benefits of a hotel, not to mention beautiful Mountain Views when you step right out the door! Great location, 15 mins from Conway and we drove 30 min the other direction for the Mount Washington tour drive and we still wish we could’ve stayed longer. Our dog was more than welcome for a small pet fee. Highly recommend!!

Amazing place! Clean, lots of amenities, and the place had all the basics you could need! I will definitely be referring friends and returning for future trips!

This beautiful venue was worth every penny. Chris greeted us and made us feel right at home, even pointing out opportunities for viewing local wildlife! Our party of 10 (ages ranging from 14 to 74) never felt crowded, a floor for every family! The kids even played "hide & seek" in the house. We made memories that will last a lifetime. Try as we may, we can't think of one thing we would have changed about our stay. Thank you Chris, Jason and family for sharing this beautiful home!

Scott, the co-hosts AND last but certainly not least house keeping were beyond exceptional, friendly, respectful, and responsive in a very timely manner. The atmosphere was amazing, cozy, and a place to truly enjoy quality time with your family/friends. The hot tub was a great addition, my daughter LOVED the entire backyard & front porch it was perfect for her to play and keep busy. The beds and pillows were so comfortable!!!! Everything was spotless. All around the best airbnb i've ever stayed in and we WILL be back to one of scott's properties hopefully as soon as later this year!!!! Thank you guys so much!!!!

The view is spectacular!!!!I could not stop looking at the view,the condo flat was clean and comfortable and the hot tub was perfect .Highly recommend .

The spot was perfect for a weekend of skiing and riding snowmobiles. Exactly what we were looking for in a vacation home. Paul was great at recommending places and his response time was great. Also the wood burning stove made the weekend cozy and perfect.

Our stay with at Christie and Richie’s treehouse was amazing! Not only were they exceptional hosts, but the accommodations were perfect. The treehouse is super cozy, the hiking trails are beautiful, and it’s all around peaceful place. We brought our dog and he had a great time as well! Their dog Bo was a great playmate for our dog. I highly recommend staying with Christie and Richie!

We arrived and saw either the hosts or prior renters had left a few key basic unopened items in the fridge to help ease us into our stay: items like half and half, some eggs and butter were present. The hosts had also made the effort to leave a small welcome and departing treat for me and the family that was a nice touch. The building was older but with that comes the charms of different features liked slightly raised floors at times and other anomalies. The rooms were freshly painted and we never saw any signs of pests inside.The location was close to the shore and walkable to the pier and attractions. The beach was extremely clean and though we only went at off hours (late night or sunrise) it was always relaxing. There is an active set of train tracks nearby so don't be alarmed, it's about a mile off I'd guess but you will hear them pass through.The roads were pretty quiet in the neighborhood and kids plays on the inactive street for hours. This place is special. Last thing we expected to see on the island was a deer. Was cool to watch her swim back to the mainland. Best part was being able to let my 2 pups off leash and free to explore. They had the best time ever ! We will be back next year for sure ! In fact maybe a new yearly tradition ! Marcia’s place was exactly what we needed for the week. Convenient location in town with several walkable dining options. So happy we chose Marcia’s place for our vacation.

Perfect location to stay during Bike Week. Conveniently close enough to Laconia and quiet away from the crowds.

We loved our stay at the Mountain View Chalet! The views were great and the chalet had a real comfy vibe. It had everything that we needed and Linda and Chris were very easy to communicate with. The location is perfect for a trip to Santa’s Village and with Littleton only 20 minutes away, there were plenty of options for food and drinks. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Perfect base for outdoor activities in the area. The house is tucked away in the woods with beautiful mountain views right outside the front window. Host was proactive and flexible. Highly recommend!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Jason and his place! Jason was an excellent communicator and made us feel at home. His place was also very homey and peaceful being in the woods. Very close access to pretty hiking trails and even drove down to the beach in York Maine for the day. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s house in our white mountains foliage trip. Very quiet and stunning views of the mountains in color right in the living room. Secluded location but very short drive to Jackson and Conway. We would be happy to return again. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

Christopher was a helpful host and his place was perfect! Clean, fully stocked, great location. It was close to lots of beaches and restaurants and the pool was great for the little ones

I had a great experience at Mike’s AirBNB. It was very nice and clean. The AirBNB is in a great location within walking distance to local restaurants and shopping plaza’s. This AirBNB is listed at a very reasonable and fair price. Mike reached out to make sure I didn’t have any trouble checking in. This was a perfect place to stay for Laconia Bike Week. I had a great stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here! We were up for a weekend to enjoy the snow and mountains and appreciated how close it was to everything we planned. We had a snow storm the second night and the grounds maintenance was perfect, we had no problem walking right out the door. We would recommend heading for a stay!

We had an amazing stay at Russ’s place in Campton, NH! The home is tucked away in a peaceful spot, surrounded by nature — perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind. The privacy was top-notch, and everything was incredibly clean and well-maintained. You can truly feel the care put into the space. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway!

Loved the living quarters. Great view of private lake. Second time staying in this private community. Love all the amenities. We plan to continue vacationing in this community and would definitely rent the same unit if available.
