Angela’s place was wonderful! Very cozy, clean and comfortable, well stocked, close to downtown Portland. Snacks was a nice touch! Angela was very responsive. Hope to come back soon!

Kathi’s place was great! Super close to the Downtown Portland/Old Port area. Kathi was a great host, extremely responsive and genuinely nice, plus she even made my family and I some delicious blueberry muffins for our stay! Her instructions were clear and she made us feel right at home! Would definitely stay again whenever we’re in the area!

Great stay so homey and comfortable has everything we needed staying with two little girls ! Having laundry and kitchen made everything so convenient ! Close to so many things to do was the best vacation we’ve been on would definitely love to come back . Clean and organized everything was easy to find ! Great amenities pool ect !

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

Great house! Very spacious, plenty of bathrooms, and fantastic location. Very easy to communicate with the owners and check in/out was simple. My minor only critique is that we wish the grill were a bit bigger and nicer. We wanted to grill one day, but we were a little disappointed and unable to do so due to the grill quality. Would definitely stay again!

Staying at Michael's lake house was the perfect retreat for our family. The first thing that stood out: The quiet. The house is on a cove just off the main lake, and it's so peaceful. We started our mornings with coffee on the screened in porch (yay no mosquitoes to worry about with kids!) and then spent the days kayaking, paddleboarding, and lying in the hammock. The lake itself is gorgeous and there's a sandbar that our girls loved! Meals were a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed and was a lovely space to cook in (not to mention clean!). We grilled a couple of times too, which, for us, is a vacation must. It rained a little bit while we were there, but the house was well stocked with board games and honestly, everything was so beautifully decorated, it was just as relaxing indoors as outside. We were in town for a wedding nearby, had a last minute change and needed an additional lodging space. Jen was very accommodating and made everything super easy. Place was perfect for our needs

We enjoyed our stay in the cute cabin. Since it was winter and we were mostly away from the cabin visiting family, we didn't get to take advantage of the lake and activities. But we enjoyed sipping coffee at the kitchen table and taking in the view of the frozen lake.

A group of four of us visited this Airbnb this past weekend and we enjoyed our stay immensely, the house was cozy and had plenty of room for privacy whilst having nice common areas. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, they responded quickly to all of our questions and solved any inconveniences we encountered.

The Pancake House was the perfect getaway! Peaceful, relaxing, comfortable, and charming! The house is better than the photos can show, and offered plenty of space for fun and relaxation. We enjoy evenings by the fire after enjoying the sunset on the lake!

The cabin was amazing, went for quick get away and this is just what I needed. The cabin, is very clean, chic and had everything you needed down to the amenities and also very private. The hottube and sauna was just perfect. I have to say, one of the best airbnb I stayed in before. Christian were nothing but amazing, very responsive, informative and super accommodating. This is a wonderful place to get away, Leah is an amazing host and is very responsive to any questions. The house was better than described and is in a beautiful setting with a picture perfect view from the deck. Leah also gave us the discount for it being just myself and my fiancé. All in all I highly recommend, the house will not disappoint.

Alison's place was beyond amazing! We loved having space to spread out! There were nine of us ages 4-80 and everyone had a fabulous time despite not the best weather. It's a super private house ona beautiful lake. We enjoyed all the kayaks and paddleboards. Communication was fabulous. We have rented a lot of lake houses and all agree this is our favorite spot! My family was looking for a place this year to just get away, and Michael’s place was the perfect spot to do so. Close enough to the ocean and Portland, but far enough away to for some much needed R& R. Michael is an excellent host, and is very responsive to all messages. Thanks for everything!

This renovated church made for such an awesome stay! The home itself is beautifully decorated and full of amenities. My family and I loved catching up around the firepit and enjoying meals together in the gorgeous kitchen. I could have lived in the shower. Our only complaint was how creaky the beds and floor are, but fully understand that that's just part of such a beautifully aged building. I've already recommended this listing to all of my friends back home!

Here’s a polished and honest Airbnb review based on your experience: --- We had a lovely stay at this cozy lakehouse. The home was comfortable, with beautiful large windows that made you feel immersed in the trees. Waking up to birdsong and ending the day around the fire pit by the dock was a real highlight. That said, the layout of the bedrooms is best suited to more agile guests. The two lofts rooms are best suited for nimble adults or older kids, likely not ideal for young children or guests over 50. Ended up sharing the main bed with our toddler, which worked fine, but something to keep in mind when planning sleeping arrangements. Overall, a very peaceful and scenic spot - definitely highly recommend.

This is 2nd time staying there. I feel like it’s becoming a tradition now. The place is very peaceful, quiet and pleasurable. Worth every penny.
