The home has 2 double beds and a bunk bed (7 in total) All rooms are on the ground floor. There's a 55m² quiet courtyard. The yellow kitchen has an oven, 5 induction cookers,and dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge. In the garage are 2 bicycles which you can use for free. Touristtax €3,30 per person per night is not included

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

Even lekker in een andere omgeving genieten van de mooie wandelroutes door onze NH duinreservaat en heerlijk uitwaaien op het mooiste strand van Nederland. Naast de vele tentjes op de wandelroutes met koffie / broodjes, kan er aan het eind van de dag in het centrum worden genoten van de beste restaurants uit Castricum en omgeving.

The Old Factory “Energy Neutral Tinyhouse”

Our cozy guest house was converted in 2019 from an old aluminum factory to an energy-neutral tiny house of 40m2. It is free-standing in the backyard of our renovated house in Limmen. It is close to the dunes, the beach and forests. The larger cities of Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam are within driving distance. It is also easy to do by public transport, but having your own car makes it many times easier. With a bicycle, you can best enjoy the surroundings.

Sauna on Sea

'Sauna on Sea' is the perfect getaway to relax at the Dutch coast or for an easy visit to Amsterdam. This centrally located apartment is within cycling distance of the beach and sea. Beach bars, restaurants and shops are widely available. And... You can reach the center of Amsterdam in 25 minutes by train. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the appartment. In the afternoon you can enjoy the sun in front of the house or relax in the luxurious sauna.

Ons gastenverblijf in het centrum van Limmen is geheel gerenoveerd in jan/feb 2024 met een geheel nieuwe badkamer. Het is een aangebouwd appartement (30m2) met eigen ingang en alle voorzieningen (AH, bakker, etc) 3min te voet. Het prachtige Noord-Hollandse duingebied en het strand (10min), maar ook ook Alkmaar(15min) en Amsterdam(30min) zijn goed bereikbaar. Parkeren kan aan de straat en is gratis. U krijgt een privé stuk tuin tot uw beschikking.

Wonderful vacation home in Limmen near the beach

Looking for a lovely detached vacation home 50m2 with lots of light in a quiet and small park near the beach (5km), then this is what you are looking for! My cottage has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. The cottage is packed with amenities. A lovely place to relax and also enjoy the beautiful surroundings, the dunes and the beach! The garden is sunny and has tasty herbs to use when you plan to cook in the (complete) kitchen.

COTTAGE NEAR THE WATER

You will find the cottage on a little island called De Woude. It is a true paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and fishermen but if you want visit Alkmaar, Zaanse schans, Amsterdam ore you want to go to the beach you will be there in ca. 35 minutes by car. With a ferry you get to the island. The ferry goes back and forth all day until 23:00. Cars are allowed. their is a private parking place near the cottage.

On the outskirts of Limmen is this cozy vacation home with fully equipped kitchen, private terrace and garden. At 800 meters is the center with the butcher, the bakery and the supermarket. The beach and dunes are 5.2 km away. A nice base for the cities; Alkmaar (10 km), Haarlem (21 km) and Amsterdam (27 km). The nearest station is Heiloo (3.2 km), Castricum (3.4 km)

It is beautifully located between the bulb fields in spring. Our accommodation is experienced by the children as very nice, close to dad and mom and yet their own place, parents have more privacy, there is an outdoor garden with a veranda where you can sit out.... photos to follow, it's just finished, ....cycling in the area is recommended, ( free bikes )
