This apartment is next-level: - beautifully furnished and appointed - with a very handy, highly-rated pizza place directly below it on the ground floor! It's fantastically located - right on the harbourside with loads of shops/amenities minutes' walk away (and turtles visiting in the bay directly opposite the apartment!). Despite its central location, the entrance is down a peaceful side street and when you're in the hot-tub you can't see the street at all but look directly out to the bay and the lights across the water - it feels incredibly private and peaceful. Clio, the representative, couldn't have been more helpful and responsive and our stay here was just about perfect in every way: this place is something really special!

Beautiful and comfortable one bedroom apartment within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the port, with a beautiful view and terrace, and a short drive from the stunning beach of Antisamos. The owners are friendly, always available, and helpful. Highly recommended.

Our stay was really nice. Evi's house is exactly like the pics, the place is very quiet, perfect to rest, and Agios Nikolaos perfectly located when you want to visit all the island. Evi was very reactive to our messages, and very flexible when we arrived and when we left. The house is no nice, a family house as we like, and we had some good products to welcome us. We definitely recommend Evi if you want to visit Kefalonia!

If you’re thinking about booking a stay at Villa Rosa, don’t, just book it. To say the photographs don’t do it justice is an understatement, this place is truly paradise. If you look one way you experience magnificent vistas over the Ionian Sea and look another and you experience the majesty of the Kefalonian mountains… it’s simply stunning. Then, there is Joy… wow what an incredible woman. In all my years of travel I’ve never met a more professional, kind and caring person in my life. From the moment we pulled into the driveway, Joy made us feel at home and like we were part of her wonderful family. She took us personally to our accommodation which was wonderful (again better than the pictures) and helped us to get well appointed with the area and the villa. Each day Joy greeted us at breakfast (which is to die for by the way) and would give us personal recommendations for places to eat or visit all over the island… all of which were incredible… we will back!

It was just great! The villa is an absolute dream, a lot of privacy, super equipped, the breathtaking view of the sea. The cleanliness is impeccable. Giota and the entire team are always on hand with advice and assistance, something rarely experienced. Neil’s place was absolutely stunning and in a great location near a quiet beach with crystal clear water. Only a 10 minute walk down. It’s a short walk to restaurants and shops and taxis are easily available to get around on the island. The villa was very clean and we were greeted by Neil and the housekeeper Alexandra upon our arrival which was nice. Neil accommodated us with an earlier check in and a later check out which was easier with the children. Neil was very attentive with any messages we sent. The children absolutely loved the pool and Neil provided some pool toys for them. The pool and villa was cleaned during our stay. It was very safe and peaceful and I would highly recommend Neil’s villa to anyone looking for a quiet yet easily accessible place to stay whilst in Kefalonia. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

What a stunning villa! Beautifully appointed, comfortable with lovely design touches. You never get tired of the view! The outside kitchen is a great addition. Angeliki was very efficient with her communications and gave us some super recommendations. Will definitely be back.
