A terrace with a view, an unfenced land, a free space without neighbors, in the heart of nature. A 15-minute walk from the center of the village, via a hiking trail. Very quiet place, ideal for unwinding.

We are in the heart of a village living in the Causses du Quercy (restaurants, bars, Sunday market and all shops within walking distance). Between Cahors and Villefranche-de-Rouergue, near Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Lot and Célé Valleys, located on the Chemin de Compostelle, and many walking trails. Living room, small kitchen, shower room, and mezzanine bedroom. Peaceful stays and very starry nights.

Pretty little house made of wood and stone restored with eco-friendly materials, our cottage which once housed sheep and a hen house, is located on the Causse at an equal distance from Figeac and Villefranche de Rouergue (23 km) and Cajarc and Villeneuve d'Aveyron (12 km). The cottage is secluded and we will be your only neighbors on 4 hectares of land. The cottage is completely independent and has a large garden. However, access is through our garden.

Welcome to the Laguépie pavilion, born from our interest in architecture and the desire to offer our family a vacation home in our native region. Neither a real house nor a cabin, this 70m2 vacation spot is more of a retreat for those seeking to recharge batteries in a green setting (4500m2 of wooded land and stone terraces), all while being within easy walking distance of all necessities.
