The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

We will be happy to host you in this cozy, independent apartment, adjoining our house located 25 minutes from the center of Lyon and at the gates of Beaujolais. You will enjoy all the comforts of a brand new and very well equipped apartment but also the large garden of our house with views of the Monts d'Or and on sunny days of the heated pool. Moonstone

In the smallest village in the metropolis of Lyon, Rochetaillée, a space of tranquility and greenery. Pierre de Lune is an independent studio in an old building in Pierre Dorée. With its own terrace, it is away from noise but close to everything, from Lyon (30 minutes by bus, stop 100m away) like shops, restaurants and walks along the Saône. A quiet area to rest and discover the charms of the old Rochetaillée, close to the guinguettes and the Monts d 'Or.

Studio duplex Lyon Tassin 40 m2

Accolé à notre maison familiale, studio duplex indépendant avec grande chambre (possibilité de faire 1 lit double ou 2 lits simples: à préciser), une cuisine et belle salle de bain, très lumineux exposé plein sud, au calme. A 2 minutes d'un arrêt de bus pour Lyon centre et à 5 mn de celui pour le campus d'Ecully, à 10 mn d'Ecully ou de Lyon en voiture. Stationnement gratuit dans la rue. ATTENTION: escalier étroit non adapté pour personne à forte corpulence

A duplex on courtyard and garden, in Dardilly

Maison "Palettes" : un petit duplex pour vous accueillir, avec une cuisine très fonctionnelle ( four, four à micro-onde, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle...). Un escalier part de "l'entrée des artistes", puis à l'étage, nous sommes dans la chambre "Suzanne Valladon", peintre qui résida non loin d'ici. 0ù art et art de vivre se retrouvent dans une ambiance cosy ! Un petit déjeuner est proposé avec des produits maison, jus d'orange frais, compris dans le tarif.

Charming studio with garden

Drop your luggage in this flea market-style space, and set off to discover the beautiful city of Lyon, thanks to nearby public transport, unless you prefer to start by enjoying the walled garden! The studio has a bathroom with shower and toilet, a desk, an equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, kettle) and a bedroom with dressing area and washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (fiber). Decor found at the Lyon Flea Market. Coffee, tea and herbal tea available.

Functional apartment – free parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Fully equipped and functional kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, fridge/freezer...), quality suspended bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and electric shutters for restful nights, bathroom with washing machine, plenty of storage. Balcony with view and not overlooked, free parking at the foot of the building. As you can see, you will find everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Lyon.

By car, Lyon can be reached in 15 minutes; bus 86 or TER Tassin will drop you off in the heart of the city also in 15 minutes.

La Grange Coton

La Grange Coton is a former hay barn, renovated into comfortable accommodation, which combines the charm of an old listed building, warm decoration, in the heart of the historic center of the town of Anse. It has all the necessary equipment to accommodate a baby. Less than 10 minutes' walk to the train station and close to highways, come and relax in our pretty cocoon of softness and on its private sunny terrace.
