A spacious converted barn. The ground floor has a large living space with period fireplace, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. Downstairs has a double/twin bedroom, separate shower room with WC. Upstairs are two large double/twin bedrooms, each with en suite shower and WC. UK/FR TV channels and free wifi. An individual secure garden with clothes airer, barbecue and seating area. A shared 12 X 5 metre pool with our other 2 bedroom gite La ville Maison. Communal gardens and boules court.

Ideally located near the unmissable sites of the region (Sarlat, Gouffre de Padirac, Collonges-la-Rouge,...), hilltop medieval castles and villages, top-notch restaurants and all kinds of activities (canoeing, swimming in the river, hiking, biking, rock-climbing, pot-holing....).

Ideally located for those wanting a quiet retreat in the countryside and perfect for those who enjoy walking, bird watching, fishing and Skiing in the winter months, but close enough to towns and cities to soak up the French atmosphere during the day.
