You will enjoy a private, furnished terrace, as well as the generous open spaces of the garden and woodland. Since 2023, the gîte features a saltwater swimming pool (10 × 4 m). Fiber-optic Wi-Fi. Your vehicle can be parked near the gîte, and you will have sheltered storage for your bicycle(s) or motorbike(s). Your pet welcome with pleasure. 🐾

There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), bathroom (with bath and shower), and open plan lounge-kitchen downstairs. All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

At the end of a small inhabited hamlet, surrounded by woods, next to a pond, gives this magical place an impression of being out of time, a true haven of peace, charm, authenticity and silence. Ideal for true nature lovers. The house has kept its original character, beams, large fireplace with wood stove. Warm atmosphere. Very comfortable bedding.
