Holiday rentals with a patio in Lincolnton

Me and my older kids came to stay for a wedding. Our stay was amazing! Everything looked great and we were able to take in the peaceful views from the balcony and sample some of the local restaurants. I would definitely stay again and hopefully for longer next time.

Great apartment! We came for the Lovin' Life Music Fest; it was about a 20 minute, easy walk. Plenty of space in the apartment, beds were comfortable, couch was slightly on the small side, but there were only 2 of us, so it was fine. The key fob wasn't left in the lock box upon our arrival, but I reached out and was responded to in about 10 minutes and he was able to let us in. Definitely would recommend this place and if we come back to the festival, I would stay here again!

Overall great stay!! Place itself was excellent however wish there was more going on in the surrounding town.

Highly recommend! Quinsia was a great host, communicated check in details, checked in the next day to make sure we were doing well, very attentive! Everything was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location to walk to events in uptown! Would return if we are in Charlotte in the future.

Great location on a quiet street very close to downtown area,. Long public walk/bike/run space right across the street….id come back just for that…

This place exceeded our expectations! Very comfortable, clean and very convenient for our trip. There were even fresh flowers on the table when we arrived welcoming us in. We will definitely stay here again if needed when we ar in town. Thanks Dennis!

Such a charming place! The layout of the house was great, and we loved being able to park in the back. The host thought of the little extras - throw blankets, shampoo/conditioner and body wash, and sound machines in the bedrooms! I was able to take long walks in the morning and felt completely safe in the neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again!

My children and I were very grateful to have such a nice house with many comforts. Nathaniel courteously answered any questions. Both the interior and exterior were very pretty and tidy and kept in fine shape. We had a happy time there. Thanks, Nathaniel.

Great place for us to relax after work.

This was our 1st visit to NC. The impeccable house & secluded surroundings were absolutely beautiful. All the amenities of home & so cozy. Loved sitting on the front porch. We'll definitely stay here again if we ever return to NC.

William’s instructions were very clear. Had no issues, so no reason to text or call him. Very comfortable bed, great water pressure in all faucets, very hot water, we had all we needed. Only thing negative: the backyard fence is open in two different areas to adjoining yards. Neighbor dog visited one morning so I had to be very careful going out with our dog. Would have been very helpful for those areas to have been closed. Area is very quiet even though is located on a busy street. No issues with noise at all. We appreciate William renting his home to us.

Great place to stay if you have plans in the Charlotte area and want to be away from the hustle and bustle. We were within very reasonable driving distance to both the Speedway and the US Whitewater Center. While you are within a close distance to two other properties the newly fenced back yard certainly helps with the privacy and our pups felt right at home even though both houses around us had pets. In the house rules it does note you are given a starter supply of items, this wasn’t an issue for our 3 night stay, but longer than that will require you to bring your own supplies or pick some up at nearby store. Don’t let that small detail hinder you considering this place it is definitely worth the price!

Kristen was incredibly helpful and responsive, her place was in a perfect location to surrounding restaurants and breweries. We really enjoyed being able to walk around the area!

They stay was great. The view was beautiful to wake up too and when we got back at night it was awesome. Definitely recommend this place.

This place was amazing. Me and my boyfriend stayed here for our 2 year anniversary and it was the best trip ever. This place is extremely beautiful and Lainie was the sweetest and very responsive! The view was so gorgeous and it was simply very peaceful here. I would totally stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Boone area❤️

We loved the animals!!! So friendly and cute, they would come to the fence to greet us! The house was so cute and clean, and the scenery is just beautiful. We would love to come back. Thank you Lacy for greeting us and making us feel comfortable!

The pictures don’t do it justice. It was absolutely beautiful. Had a great little balcony that you could sit out at with little tables. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, pot, pans, and utensils. Plenty of fresh linens ,super comfortable beds and the decor was beautiful.

Host was very responsive, even sending instacart supplies that were low!

I can not say enough about this beautiful little gem in the woods! It was so well decorated and all the little thoughtful additions, like a bag of local coffee and heated bed covers were just perfect and exactly what I needed for this get away to reconnect with myself and nature. I barely left the condo, because the view was so spectacular and how cozy the home felt! I was visited by a bunch of different birds on the cute patio where I painted a few of them as I sipped coffee and just listened to the breeze ruffle the leaves or rain shower that softly fell! Definitely hope to return very soon!
