Cycling and hiking trails just around the corner. In winter, when the ice is on, you can walk to the ski slope in 10 minutes or take the car in 3. Free electric car charging. Welcome, here you have an affordable accommodation with its own entrance, bathroom with shower and small kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. Airfryer, Micro, hotplate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. If you have a car, you can park for free in the parking lot that belongs to the house. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. Like a hotel, but better

Rural accommodation in apartment above stables

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful country residence. Fully equipped apartment with two bedrooms and open floor plan. Bathroom with shower and separate laundry. The apartment is in its own building on top of the stables. The stables live three black snow sheep. On the farm there is also a dwelling house where we in the family live with two children, cats, rabbits and dogs. Enjoy the tranquility with views of fields, cows and horses on nearby farms. Animals are welcome! Trampoline is in the yard. Electric car charger available.

Nice accommodation with sea plot

Relax in this unique and tranquil home right by the sea. The cottage has a villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, convection oven and stove with induction stove etc. Enjoy the view, sunset and maybe some northern lights. Take a forest walk and cozy up in front of the fire. There is the possibility of a sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe, and 2 SUP-board are available to borrow.

You will have easy access to everything from this centrally located accommodation. 5-6 min walk to the city center with many shops, cafes, restaurants . 10 min walk from the train station. 10 min walk to the hospital. 2 beds a 1.05 and a 1.20 bed. 2-seater sofa where you can cast a movie in the evening when you want to relax. The kitchen is spacious and has Kitchen equipment for 6 people. Closets are 2 where you can put/hang your clothes on the days you stay with us. Bed sheets can be rented for SEK 75/ set

Cabin with lake plot - hot tub/sauna/boat/diving tower

Fantastisk stuga alldeles intill sjön. Bastu, badtunna och båt med motor. Lång brygga vid stranden och badflotten med hopptorn. Stugan ligger i ett område med 7 stugor men helt avskilt från grannar. 5min från E4. Affär finns 10min bilfärd från stugan. Stugan saknar elektricitet och rinnande vatten. Färskvatten förses under vistelsen med vattendunkar. Gasolspis med ugn samt gasolkylskåp. Badtunnan tillgänglig påsk- okt. Water hot tub ok to use during Easter-october.

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. A big modern kitchen and a living room with a lot's of space. The house is close to Järvsö, the Bike Park and Järvzoo.
