Vårt lugna och stilrena hus ligger centralt i Åtvidaberg med gångavstånd till bad, golfbana, affärer, restauranger, skogsområden och många andra aktiviteter. Det friliggande huset ligger på tomten till vårt större boningshus med tillgång till uteplats och parkering. I närområdet finns många utflyktsmål. Nära till Linköping, Norrköping och Västervik. Ca 2,5h till Stockholm och ca 3h till Göteborg. Huset passar bäst det upptäckande/aktiva paret eller den lilla familjen. Vi hjälper gärna med info.

Here you live nicely in a spacious house in a quiet area close to Göta Canal and walking distance to Berg's locks. Proximity to nature, lakes and swimming. Large patio and patio with barbecue grill. Parking for two cars and the possibility to charge an electric car. You can easily get into Linköping city center by bus (about 20 minutes) or by car (10-15 minutes by car) Real beds for 6 people but extra beds and sofa bed I can accommodate up to 9 people. Det är en stuga på landet med lugnt läge ca 10 min från E4:an söder om Mantorp. Huset är på ca 50m2. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och öppen spis. Vardagsrummet är öppet upp till nock. Över sovrummet finns ett loft med två madrasser som kan användas som extrabäddar. Köket är fullt utrustat samt med diskmaskin. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.
