The spacious vacation home (200 m², 3 double rooms, 3 terraces) is surrounded by forest and meadows and is 1.5 km from the center of Gmunden. From all rooms you can enjoy the wide view of the lake and the surrounding mountain panorama. Walks, hikes and cycling tours can be undertaken directly from the house. There is also a free swimming area at the lake with table tennis, volleyball, paddle boats, etc. (12-minute walk, 1-minute drive). We have floor heating and cooling.

It consists of a large living-dining room with terrace, lake view, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. In the immediate vicinity there are tennis courts, beach volleyball, water skiing, bars and restaurants.

The "Haus Kaisigen43" can be rented in its entirety and can accommodate up to 10 people.
