The large outdoor area with terrace, sauna, jacuzzi, seasonal pool, large lawn and huge playground offers plenty of space and freedom. The surroundings offer gentle hiking and cycling trails as well as a lot of culture and heavenly expanse.

The spacious vacation home (200 m², 3 double rooms, 3 terraces) is surrounded by forest and meadows and is 1.5 km from the center of Gmunden. From all rooms you can enjoy the wide view of the lake and the surrounding mountain panorama. Walks, hikes and cycling tours can be undertaken directly from the house. There is also a free swimming area at the lake with table tennis, volleyball, paddle boats, etc. (12-minute walk, 1-minute drive). We have floor heating and cooling.
