Listen to the burbling river from the private hot tub to a mountain backdrop, while the deep jetted tub in the main bathroom is an equally welcome sight. The gourmet kitchen has a Viking stove, while the wood-rich interior includes 2 gas fireplaces. New luxury king mattress and bed in the main bedroom! This property used to provide the "Rooms on the River" when it was part of the Minturn Inn on Main street. Now this coveted spot is all for you. Tucked out of the way on a quiet street it's the perfect place to relax after a hard day of mountaineering. The apartment consists of the great room and the master bedroom suite. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bedside fireplace, en-suite bathroom with jetted bath tub, glass shower and hot tub right outside your bedroom door. The main room contains a queen bed with privacy curtains which has direct access to the main bathroom and shower. The main room also contains a full gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, round table that seats 6, 50" tv with cable, and pull out sleeper sofa. The apartment opens directly out to the yard right on the river. The entire apartment is private including private entrance. The yard is shared with us, however we rarely use it since our children prefer the front/street side of the house where they can ride their bikes! My wife or I will often be out fly-fishing in our backyard river in the summer evenings. We're happy to share the space and tell you what's biting! Unfortunately, we are not wheelchair accessible. Or even high-heel accessible. Boots are recommend to walk through the shoveled path that takes you to the riverside entrance. There is a rope handrail to help guide you but you must be sure-footed. Our family of four live in the completely separate upstairs. I'm normally available for anything that comes up, but do not want to impede on your relaxing riverside vacation. Minturn is a small ski town away from the bustle of Vail and Beaver Creek. Stroll to several restaurants, a winery, quaint gift shops, a record store, and perhaps the best fly shop in the mountains. Ski, raft, and mountain bike just minutes away. There is free parking in the driveway. There is a bus stop a 3-minute walk away that will take you to Vail for $4. Ubers and taxis are also available. Our home and property is non-smoking. No pets please. Pack n' Play with fitted sheet in unit. Ironing board/iron, fan, extra blankets, picnic basket/backpack, hair dryer in each bathroom.

Modern creekside ski condo with fireplace!

Enjoy the gorgeous views downriver of Gore Creek from the bright main room. This newly renovated modern mountain home has been redone with great care. Cozy up in front of the fireplace, or make a home-cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen! Enjoy a good nights sleep in the new mattress and comfy sheets Vail ID:018424 Brand new space - we put our heart into renovating this place. We loved the location on the river so much, that’s why we bought here. The interior is all fresh and new. We walk less than a minute to get to the free vail bus, it’s so convenient! The entire space is yours. Enjoy the beautiful balcony overlooking Gorecreek or curl up on our new sofa to watch a movie with the fire on. We have an extremely comfortable new mattress that will make it hard to leave the bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with with all of the kitchen utensils you need to prepare a beautiful meal. Assigned parking steps from the door! We are always available by email or phone. Sometimes we are in the building, sometimes just a call away. Happy to help anytime. We are on the Gore Creek in West Vail. Looking down the river and conveniently located across from the Free Vail Bus at Ptarmigan stop. Only minutes to Lionshead and Vail village, with some of our favorite restaurants and the grocery store. Please let us know if you will be arriving with a car. Once you are here, the free Vail bus is the way to go, you don’t need to worry about driving: Just remember: “Red to ride” “Green to go home” We love to shred - let us know if you need any tips on our favourite spots in Vail!

Comfortable, quiet & nicely remodeled modern condo well-located in Vail with lovely mountain views. Steps to the free Town of Vail bus stop and only 10 min ride to village & ski area. Walking distance to West Vail restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. The Master bedroom can be configured with a King bed or two twins & the 2nd bedroom can also be configured with a King bed or two twins. This is a very nice and comfortable cabin in stunning Vail. Although the photos look like it's a bit remote, it's not at all; it's in a neighborhood in the heart of the area. Grocery store is less than 5 minutes away and all of Vail within 10 minutes. Corduroy was always responsive and friendly. The place is cozy and quaint. The outside decks are lovely for coffee and or computer work. Lots of birds and wildlife. Supposedly plenty of bears in the area, but we never saw any. It's a duplex at minimum, so we could hear other people and their pets, occasionally. Stocked with all amenities we needed... except one, an iron with ironing board. Washer and dryer were nice. Couple of minor safety concerns - one of the concrete parking curbs is broken off on the end and about 12-15 inches of rebar is exposed. Outside lighting at night is lacking a little, so one could potentially injure an ankle or foot. Would stay again!

The cabin was very comfortable and well-designed, and I especially loved the quirky artwork. The kitchen was small but very functional. The only warning I'd give is not to underestimate the elevation! Going straight from sea level to stay at 10,674 feet was maybe a bit rash, and I did have a pretty bad headache for the entire trip sadly.

Nathan’s Airbnb was exactly as described! It was close to Vail Village and Donovan Pavillion where we were attending a wedding. It was very clean and I don’t say this about most Airbnbs, the beds were super comfy! We loved staying there and would definitely stay there again for a trip to vail!

The Nook - Architectural Gem with Stunning Views

Absolutely loved the Nook! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was the perfect peaceful retreat with the right balance of amenities and luxury. The view was incredible, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few great meals, and access to laundry was highly appreciated as we typically live/work out of suitcases. The telescope was a wonderful touch with the abundance of dark skies. We were lucky to have some very clear nights. Unreal little retreat. Would love to return.
