A separate entrance gives you complete freedom, and direct access to the towpath. ⚠️ Please note: the accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility (steps to access the bathroom and toilet). The neighbor's cats are walking around in the garden.

In a warm atmosphere combining all the charms of the buildings of yesteryear as well as the most modern amenities, you can enjoy the 80 m² of this apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. Let yourself be seduced by this antique house built in 1736 by a city trader and enjoy this ground floor apartment formerly used to store the best wines of Bergerac.

Our small cottage is in a green setting and will allow you to rest away from the hustle and bustle in the Purple Perigord. You will be welcomed in a 2-room cottage, a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. (4 beds maximum available with a double bed in the bedroom and a double bed thanks to the sofa bed). A breakfast, lunch, dinner basket service will also be offered to allow you to discover the products of our farm and the region
