The accommodation consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a gallery with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom and a guest WC and thus offers space for 6 people. Bei herrlichem Weitblick könnt ihr auf die Bayerwaldlandschaft schauen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Fühlt Euch einfach wohl auf der Terrasse oder am Balkon lauscht dem Gezwischter der Vögel.

Apartmán je blízko obory s jeleny a přitom v blízkosti vybavenosti obce Lipno nad Vltavou. Zde vás nebude nic rušit a můžete tak naslouchat zvukům přírody. Večery při západu slunce na prostorné terase nebo v teple u krbu s šálkem dobré kávy. Vítáme rodiny s dětmi, máme k dispozici postýlku, přebalovací pult, židličku a podobně. Pro špatné dny je k dispozici x box, nejvíc si však děti užijí v lese, na který koukáte přímo z terasy.

Zde se nacházejí 2 ložnice. Jedna se 2 lůžky a druhá se 3 lůžky V patře je i koupelna s vanou a toaletou. U každého domu je parkování pro 1 vůz. Dům je součástí areálu Residence Lipno.
