The interior features a fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy living room with a fireplace and two comfortable bedrooms. For your convenience, there is one bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, complemented by another separate shower with an infrared sauna for use for a fee.

The newly renovated apartment by the Lipno reservoir offers pleasant accommodation for couples and families with children. There are countless ways to spend your free time in summer and winter (bike trail, Frymburk beach, playground, ski slope, etc.). Thanks to the nearby Lipno nad Vltavou, the location is great for spending an active holiday (Kramolín Ski Resort, Tree Top Trail, Forest Kingdom, Bobsled Track). The 40m2 apartment is fully equipped - kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms separated by a sliding wall, bicycle cellar, etc.

The apartment is close to a game reserve with deer and yet close to the amenities of the village of Lipno nad Vltavou. Here, nothing will disturb you and you can listen to the sounds of nature. Evenings at sunset on a spacious terrace or in the warmth of the fireplace with a cup of good coffee. We welcome families with children, we have a crib, changing table, high chair and the like. For bad days, there is an x box, but children will enjoy the forest the most, which you can see directly from the terrace.

Romance in a Caravan at Lake Lipno

The caravan standing on the fenced plot is located near Lake Lipno in the Slupečná area. It is insulated and adapted for year-round use and with direct heating. The caravan has a sofa bed (bed linen and towels), table with three chairs, drawers, shelves, kitchen with basic equipment (fridge, double cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, cups, table grill), and a chemical toilet. Drinking water is available in canisters and showering is provided by an outdoor camping solar shower.

The entry to the bedroom with twin beds leads through the hallway. The spacious bathroom provides to our guests a comfortable bathtub with a shower.

A newly furnished, quiet, and spacious apartment with a comfortable 180x200 bed for 2 people offers an exceptional view from the top, eighth floor of the building directly of the castle with its tower and across the Deer Garden. Thanks to its location, you can easily reach the historic center on foot within 5 minutes. The bus station (Prague–Český Krumlov (Špičák)), ATM, grocery store, cinema, and doctor are all within 100 m. A baby cot is available upon request.

It has the main room with a kitchenette, a master bedroom, smaller bedroom and a hall. There's a bathroom and 2 WC ! lowered ceilings - 2m!
