Violeta's apartment is beautiful and elegant, very cozy, impeccable and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I felt right at home. Its location is great, downtown, it is 2 or 3 blocks from the square; ideal for walking, getting fresh air; close to the beach, restaurants, stores, minimarkets, pharmacies, cafes; and it is on the first floor! I loved it, 100% recommended and Violeta is very kind, a super host.

Evelin was very helpful with all my questions before and during my stay. The apartment is perfect, clean, pleasant and close to all my destinations. The atmosphere with the guards was very pleasant, and they helped me with any questions I had. Without hesitation, she would travel to Concepción again and stay there.
