This is a spacious apartment with a huge balkon and seaview. The beach is only 25 meters away, and the public parking area just 50 meters away. During the summer there is a grocery store on the ground floor of the building and a bakery across the street. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and a very spacious bathroom, and is equipped with all necessary essentials for both short and long term stays! Please note that there is no elevator at the building.

It's a well lit apartment mainly because of a very wide window. It's within 200 meters from the sea and right by the football and basketball stadium. All of the restaurants are within walking distance and also it is accessible to people with special needs and disabilities.
