Beautiful little cabin in The Lake District. Clean and cozy with a spacious bathroom. The staff is the best part! Lovely, hard working ladies. Super helpful and always attentive to their guests. Thank you!

Thrang Brow, Chapel Stile

NicolaRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Loved our stay at Thrang Brow. was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Particularly loved the retro lemon yellow bathroom....so sunny and cheerful in the morning! Plenty of good walking near by without needing to always get in the car. Several pubs to choose from and our fav was The Old Dungeon Gill. pleasant walk up the valley. Friendly folk at the fantastic coop and Bramble cafe...what a shop! completely recommend Lucie's place.

NEW - River Barn -5 Star- Luxury Riverside Retreat

BarryRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The River Barn exceeded all of our expectations and was even more beautiful than the pictures portrayed. The River Barn was very comfortable (the bed was awesome) and all amenities to prepare meals, enjoy a BBQ or go on a picnic were readily available. The location was perfect for our purposes; we greatly appreciated the beautiful and peaceful surroundings of the property but it also provided easy access to Windemere, Ambleside, Grasmere and Keswick where we enjoyed going on several walks. We can't say enough positive comments about our host, Otto communicated with us on several occasions and provided us with lots of information --- where to eat, where to visit and nearby walks. If interested in enjoying a delicious Sunday roast, be sure to reserve a table early at one of the two pubs within easy walking distance. We highly recommend staying at the River Barn and can't wait to visit again!!

Borrowdale Cottage - Luxury with Gorgeous views

LauraRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Booked to stay in this lovely cottage for 4 nights for a birthday trip with family and my dog, the views from the house were breathtaking surrounded by mountains, wildlife and farm animals and the cottage itself was so spacious yet perfectly cosy at the same time. There were lovely walking trails all around with some great recommendations from our host of places to sightsee and eat and drink (we highly recommend the toasties from the Flock In tea room!). All in all a great time was had and we would definitely return.

Jadians Nook (16 Thrang Brow)

CatherineRating, 5 stars15 months ago
A lovely warm and cosy place to stay. Fantastic views across the valley, Herdwick sheep grazing on the front lawn and walks from the door. The property has a period vibe and is light and airy. Great bath/ shower arrangement. Minor downside is that the twin room is quite small and accessing clothes storage is a bit awkward.
