Monthly Rentals in Little Pico Mountain

This is my second time staying at one of Jess’s properties - and I’m sure it’s not my last. The property is beautiful inside and out and has everything you need. I was in town for a full week and this place was just what I needed to relax after long work days. I can’t recommend staying at one of Jess’s places enough. You won’t regret it!!

Dick and Dorothy are some of the most lovely, hospitable folks we have ever met and we feel so lucky to have gotten to know them through our extended stays at their apartment for the the last 5 winters. Hancock is a truly special community and the apartment is an excellent choice for anyone looking to visit the area. It is conveniently located, well-stocked, and delightfully quaint. We are already excited to return!

Gina is an excellent host. The place is beautiful and just like in the pictures. Her instructions were clear and the communication fast. The place is in a beautiful setting in the woods, very peaceful and relaxing. Very clean with all the necessary things. Highly recommended!

This was my second stay at this lovely home. It is very convenient to Routes 100 and 125. I love the babbling brook behind the house. It's always clean and has everything you need!
