Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Livadi

I can only describe this place as everything we hoped for. Extremely quiet, perfectly situated from the beach, low-key living with everything you need in the house, and an incredible host. We had an absolute blast and would rather keep this secret to ourselves, but Mr. George the host deserves the business and so we are compelled to review honestly. It was perfect.

We had a great 3 night stay! It was very peaceful, clean, and well equipped. The view from the balcony was beautiful and perfect for a breakfast.

Everything was amazing! 5 stars. Maria helped us to locate the place as Apple Maps didn’t quite get us there. She let us in earlier which was super kind. Her place was very clean and the view was amazing. The location is in the center of the beach and basically in the best place on sifnos. Hearing the waves every night was so peaceful. Even though there was so much action nearby, her specific spot was very very quiet. When we got there, there was some biscuits for us and also one day during our stay there was homemade cake. Thank you Maria!! If you need anything they will get it for you. Please note the beds were very firm. Also note the following: Grocery store is next door, offered many items for normal prices other than the sunscreen. You will want that before you get to the island. Hose bibs are nearby to clean off sand, you can also request a broom.

We enjoyed our stay at the lighthouse hotel. The hotel is consisting of a couple of Apartments and has a really big Swimmingpool. It is very close to the village Faro, but better to have a car or take the bus to get there, since walking at the street could be dangerous. The apartment has a Kitchen, with a minimum of equipment to cook little things but it is not ideal if you want to cook or make breakfast regularly. Anyhow they also serve breakfast at the hotel. We stayed a few days and enjoyed the island a lot. It’s a calm and easy-going place and so is the hotel. Thanks Anthony for hosting us.

Dimitris very responsive to all our requests. Wifi service dropped in and out and not usable in bedroom. Provided extra layer on mattress on single bed in living area, which was great. Wonderful view from sheltered balcony. Very convenient to walk to lovely beach. We really appreciated being collected and dropped back to Port when leaving. Thank you both for your kindness. Suzanne

This is a gem of a place to stay on sifnos Georgia was a wonderful host. The apartment was even more charming in real life. The pool was amazing and staff were really helpful. Kamares in sifnos was beautiful too. E we will definitely be back here!

Gorgeous house! Perfect for two, easily good for 3. Perfect spot and view! Very windy but can’t be helped.. that’s the Greek islands! We loved it anyway. Easy to walk to the post down a fair few stairs ( not for the elderly though unless you have a car!) parking spot which we used. Would stay again and love Serifos!

Our stay was truly exceptional! This spacious apartment comfortably accommodated our family of three, including our active toddler. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to beaches, restaurants, cafes, and a mini market. The property boasts two patios - one with a gorgeous sea view and a larger back terrace ideal for relaxing dinners. Everything was impeccably clean and all listed amenities were provided. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond. They served a delicious full breakfast each morning and were always ready with helpful recommendations. Their warmth and patience with our energetic little one was particularly appreciated. This place is an absolute gem on the island, even better than the photos suggest. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Excellent stay at the villa which definitively offers a view to cut the puff on Serifos and the other islands. Alexis is an excellent host who is very responsive, and has given us many valuable tips with his very nice guest book in the house. I would recommend this villa without a problem 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Thalassa SeaHouse in Kamares, Sifnos. The property was in a fantastic location—just a short walk from the port, the beach, and many great shops and restaurants. Kamares is a charming and convenient base for exploring the island, with beautiful beaches like Platis Gialos, Vathy, and Faros all within half an hour drive of our accommodation. The accommodation was comfortable and well-located, making it easy to relax and enjoy the area. One small issue during our stay was entirely my fault—I accidentally broke a glass panel on the TV stand, but I was happy to cover the cost. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sifnos!

Sophia’s place is a real gem in Sifnos. It’s a bit of drive to get to yes but it’s definitely worth it if you rent a car and want some peace and quiet and an epic sunset view. Also it’s a hike or very short drive to the nicest and quietest swimming beach with sunbeds and two restaurants (one run by Sophia’s sister).

The house is in an absolute dream location with direct access to the water. Perfect to enjoy morning coffee right on the water after a morning swim 🌊🔆 There are a few steps leading to the accommodation (the car is parked on the street above). The amenities are good (incl. shampoo, coffee capsules, salt and pepper, enough towels, etc.) The air conditioning works perfectly (in the living room and in the bedroom). The windows all have fly screens ☺️ A small supermarket is within walking distance, as are a few nice restaurants. George absolutely fantastic, such a lovely, funny, accommodating person. The greatest host we've ever had on our travels. He was always available via messages, brought us a little something as a welcome gift and even got us gifts for goodbye and said goodbye to us with very warm, authentic words ❤️ We want to thank you for the nice, relaxing time in the house. We felt very welcome 🦋

Wow! Staying at vivi’s place was so idyllic. The flat has everything you need and even a little private patio. Vivi was so lovely and welcoming and gave us loads of tips and useful information like bus timetables. The location is a couple of minutes walk into steno (the Main Street in appollonia) and close to all the bus and hiking routes. Perfect, peaceful and amazingly good value. Plus we loved the gifts at the end :)

Vivi's place is great and so is Vivi. Very good location in Apollonia, pleasant and impeccable accommodation. Vivi lives next door, she is available when needed but not intrusive, she is very friendly! We felt right at home. We would definitely stay again! And thank you to Vivi who personally took care of the cleaning of our apartment and our laundry! The stay was PERFECT

This is an amazing place and we had a wonderful week! The view is incredible and we spent most of our time just relaxing on the terrace! The beds are comfortable, the shower is excellent and the kitchen is very well equipped. Iannis was super helpful and gave us lots of good recommendations for the island. We would come back!

We spent 9 nights in Sofia's accommodation with my husband and our two children aged 4 and 9 months. The accommodation is conveniently located, a 5-minute walk from the port and shops (bakery, primeur, supermarket) and a 5-minute walk from a beautiful beach (clear water and full of trees to have shade). The accommodation is spacious and the main bedroom is very clear and bright with plenty of storage. Sofia was a particularly thoughtful host, she made our lives easier in numerous times, which made our stay very enjoyable. Compared to the previous comment about the smells on the deck, it is true that the neighborhood cats are very present... to the delight of the children! Some bad smells may indeed have felt but it remains punctual and that did not stop us from enjoying the terrace during meals. In short, we had a good holiday!

We absolutely loved our stay! We were welcomed by Katia who drove us up to the house. The house was perfect, nice Greek details around, clean and big enough for a family of 4. The view from the terrace on the harbor and the mountains was amazing. You can just hear the wind, boats and goats! The house is located on a steep hill but it's worth the view and silence! We were welcomed with local products and a house that has all the essentials to start your holiday. We never felt this kind of hospitality with other airbnb-bookings! We love to come back! The house is beautiful with all the comforts, very thoughtful from the layout to the household appliances, spotless and cool ideal for 7 days I stayed and definitely for even longer periods ! The outdoor space is ideal for morning coffee with a view and directly relaxes you and in the evening has a great atmosphere with a night sky. And most of all, the people are warm and hospitable and very helpful! As a bonus, Ms. Ioanna brought us fantastic cookies to eat with our coffee!
