The property was completely rebuilt in 2020 by a local Architect in the grounds of one of the Pays d'Auge's famous Manors Seigniorial. Situated 800m from Fervaques the property was designed for handicapped access throughout the ground floor. The 3 remaining bedrooms are on the upper floor.
