Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Livingston

We ended our stay in Wyoming here and it was wonderful. Not only is this place adorably decorated but it also has the most spectacular views! I don't think I could ever get tired of the mountain views here...I wish we could have stayed longer. Liz was wonderful to chat with and gave excellent suggestions for local places to check out as well. Best place we stayed all week.

Perfect place for our family vacation. The home is beautifully restored. Everyone enjoyed grabbing a book, playing chess, looking at paintings and photos on the wall. The location is perfect and walkable to go to dinner or getting drink.

This place is even better than the pictures. It’s spacious and spotless. Elly thought of everything one could need. The bed was super comfy and the mini kitchen perfect for a quick breakfast. Will definitely be back

We had a lovely time at Bridger Haus. It was exactly what we were looking for, after long days in the national parks. We wanted a home base to explore Bozeman in a quiet area surrounded by nature. The ~20-minute drive into Bozeman was delightful. We stopped by the Ghost Town coffee shop every day. The house was clean and well-stocked. There were plenty of towels and kitchen items to make it feel like home. Becky and Chad are wonderful host. We did not have to reach out our entire day. As the house was perfect. We would rebook stay at Bridger Haus.

What a gem of an Airbnb! I only wish we were staying in Bozeman for more than one night. Elin and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. The space was gorgeous! Bed was comfy. Bathroom was so spacious and modern. A lovely spread of snacks, tea, coffee fixings. Our favorite part was the quiet side porch where we sat to read and watch the birds at the feeder and bird bath. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

A special kudos to the management company who were very responsive, helpful and respectful during our 3 week stay. The house was perfectly supplied and the location extremely walkable. a great stay for us and the dogs!

This is our 2nd time to stay here. It’s always clean on arrival. We only slept in the gray bedroom and the mattress is wonderful. Love the area and especially the beautiful Paradise Valley rainbows! This duplex is our home away from home! Til next time Stacey! Thanks

We had an amazing stay at this location! Montana is BEAUTIFUL in the summer and the property was equally BEAUTIFUL!! We can’t wait to comeback and we will definitely want to stay here!!

I loved my stay in Bozeman at this wonderful apartment. It had absolutely everything I needed and the space was so inspiring in it's efficiencies were great. It had everything I needed! Also, the bed was so comfortable I would go back just for the great night sleep I had when I was there. I also loved how close it is to town (5 min to Main Street) and yet it felt so peaceful and quite out on a country road. Debbie is a great host- very helpful and responsive if you need her. I really look forward to staying in this gem of a place again. It was wonderful.

This was a perfect location right in the middle of downtown. Even though this location is in the bottom floor of a house, we never saw or were hampered by the family upstairs. It was super private, great for a family with two bedrooms and a comfortable living room!

This unit was exactly what we needed— close to Yellowstone north entrance, clean and roomy. Easy walk to restaurants/grocery store/town. Caitlyn recommended Wonderland Cafe for vegetarian options and it was spot on and delicious. Highly recommend for a visit to the area!

My husband & I stayed here to be near Bozeman International Airport as we were flying home from a fabulous week in Yellowstone Park! We only had one night at Jennifers Airbnb but it was our favorite accommodations all week. Super comfy & spacious! Very clean! Peaceful area & close to downtown where there’s lots to do. Jennifer is an amazing host!! Thanks Jennifer - was so great to meet you!

Craig’s place was a great location and extremely cozy. Everything was extremely clean big bathroom extremely comfortable bed and sofa! It feels like you’re almost in a movie theater with a huge TV! Highly recommend! 10/10

This is a really beautiful apartment, full of light, super comfortable and felt like a home from home. We were visiting our daughter and her husband and wanted somewhere we could invite them round for a home cooked meal. The apartment was perfect for this. It was super clean and comfy and set in a pretty suburban street just a 10 minute drive from town. Loved sitting and chatting on the little terrace too.

Really enjoyed our stay! Private and cozy, close to hiking trails and the downtown area. Patio newly renovated, perfect spot to sip coffee in chairs in the morning :) Chad was super responsive and even told us some cool places to check out during our stay.

We absolutely LOVED this condo. Great location, clean, and so comfortable! I felt like I was at home the second I walked through the door. Indoor parking was a plus and it was so close to everything! Carrie was a great host - outstanding communication. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!

I just wanted to point out the beautiful & well-stocked kitchen! There was everything we needed (condiments, oil) and utensils/dishware were in pristine condition.

The place was awesome! We were able to take a shuttle straight to the resort. The house was super cozy and plenty of room for us! Monica was very straight forward & descriptive. Overall, a lovely experience and I would book again! Highly recommend!

Great location. One block back from Main Street and easily walkable to restaurants and shops. Perfect for our family of 4. Clean and comfortable. This mom appreciated the washer/dryer and Branch Basics laundry soap and supplies. It’s great to do laundry after staying for a few days before moving onto our next vacation spot. Would stay here again.

Ambrose and Jill provided a great space for us on our trip to Bozeman. They seem to care a great deal about the property and put a lot of thought and care. The yummy snacks went a long way on rushed mornings and the condo is clean, modern and spotless. We were a little late checking out and they were very nice about it despite having guests checking in that day. Thank you!
