St Mark's School

Relax and unwind in this beautiful converted 1880s school. Plenty of original school features are still on display. Situated 15mins drive from the royal Welsh show ground in Builth, 15mins from Rhayader and the Elan Valley, 15mins from Spa town Llandrindod wells, just over an hour to Aberystwyth and west coast beaches, it is the ideal location! The house sits on the edge of a forestry leading up a hill with stunning views and lots of dog friendly walks/bike rides. Ideal for fishing in the Wye!

Brook View is a spacious, two bedroom, purpose built holiday home just off the A470 in Builth Wells. The bungalow is minutes away from the town centre on foot with easy access to the Royal Welsh Showground. With tasteful decoration and plentiful amenities the property really does feel like home from home. It's the ideal base for enjoying nearby beauty spots (being roughly half way between the Brecon Beacons National Park & the Elan Valley). A maximum of 2 small dogs would be very welcome.

The apartment is perfect to enjoy all that mid Wales has to offer...in a Victorian spa town which boasts beautiful architecture. It's about a 20 mins drive to the stunning Elan Valley and is adjacent to the railway station for the Heart of Wales line. There are plenty of cafes and coffee shops nearby...and also The Llanerch Inn, a 16th Century pub, which serves very good meals. Also a large Tesco within walking distance.
