The barn has been totally refurbished and is now a delightful self-catering holiday cottage situated in a quiet peaceful location overlooking the Welsh countryside with stunning views from each angle of the property to include the Aran Fawddwy, Aran Benllyn, Rhobell Fawr and Cader Idris mountains.

Patio doors from the lounge open onto a side garden where you can enjoy BBQs, and in the garden behind there are views of Bala lake and mountains. There's a kingsize bed upstairs + a kingsize sofa bed downstairs to sleep four.

Ty Cerrig Carthouse

The carthouse is a studio ground floor apartment adjacent to our 18th century farmhouse. It presents a comfortable and contemporary living space, ideal for short breaks. Accommodation comprises a double bedroom, en suite shower and wc, an open plan living area, with tv, kitchen and dining area. Outside patio with wonderful mountain views. Parking space and secure lock up for bikes. 10 min drive from the mountain bike centre, 3 miles from nearest town and a 20 min drive to the nearest beach.

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Nestled between the mountains and the sea is Gwêl y Sêr (see the stars). A beautiful cabin where you can switch off and listen to the sounds of nature. On dark nights in winter the milky way can be seen from outside, hence the name. The cabin is located in a central spot in North Wales, we are 2 miles from the closest beach and 1 mile from the mountains. We are also in a central location for access to both zipworlds, as well as close distance to Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon)

There's lush river swimming spots, lakes, waterfalls and mountains to explore. Our nearest beach is Aberdyfi, just 30mins away.
