Strong mobile signal and some wifi. Brand new lovingly re built slateworks managers cottage with character features. Enjoy watching nature on the River Seiont. Chickens and Cockerel on site. 'Ysgol Jos Bach' overlooks the Harbour. Dating from the early 19th Century this little school house has been cleverly converted into a lovely spacious modern holiday home. Accommodation is on 3 levels (Lower Ground, Ground and Gallery), and has a full length balcony with southerly views of the harbour, Highland Railway, Menai Straits and Caernarfon Castle. The spacious living room is comfortably furnished with contemporary furniture, a wood burning stove, and large galleried bedroom above.

Ty Godro is a converted detached cow shed situated on an old Farm near Caernarfon. The Farm has been renovated over the last 19 years by the Williams family. The Barn boasts many features such as stone walls, vaulted ceilings, wood burner and it is detached. It has its own parking and sleeps a maximum of 6 Guests, including children and infants. We live adjacent to Ty Godro, but is private and quiet. Caernarfon is 2 miles away with its castle. The mountains of Snowdonia are 6 miles away.

The annex has an upstairs bedroom which has a comfortable king sized bed and an en-suite shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher. Utility room has washing machine and there is also a downstairs toilet. Plenty of on street parking available.

Llanw is a newly built house right opposite the water's edge. Llanw is Welsh for "Tide" which you can watch slowly flowing in and ebbing out. The estuary is a haven for many species of birds. There are also views of the Snowdonia mountain range and of the Rivals. The World Heritage site of Caernarfon is only 4 miles away and the long sandy beach of Dinas Dinlle is 3 miles away.
